2nd year to visit
2nd year visiting this hotel it’s a great place once again the entertainment staff are 5 stars they all do a great job and are great with the kids special shout out to Omar and Ali from entertainment team they are such hard workers and put on a great show. We loved the gala nights and beach party. Kids top bit was the inflatable course in the pool they loved it.
Food is ok for all inclusive there is something for everyone our fave this year was snack bar at the beach great selection of food and the waffles were enjoyed by the kids by the aqua park.
All the staff at this hotel are great and polite the bar staff are amazing special shout out to Metehan and Ercan from outside bar they where great.
however one man the head of lifeguards someone needs to speak to him about how he deals with people he is very aggressive and not a pleasant man. all the younger life guards do a great job he treats them terrible. Also when he was around your feet haven’t hit the water yet from the slides and he is blowing his whistle aggressively for you get out of water many people haven’t even hit the water yet. very annoying he lets the hotel down with his demeanour I feel sorry for the young lifeguards haven’t to deal with him everyday he screams at them.
Also not the hotels fault but some nationalities that attend this hotel are so rude the rudest I’ve ever met grown men pushing there way to the Q at bar and are very to rude to bar staff.
I have knocked 1 star off my review from last year as we where disappointed to pay extra this year for bigger room which had two bathrooms last year only to arrive and find downstairs bathroom blocked off it was a pain as only bathroom upstairs where kids where sleeping and stairs are very noisy .

Perfection!!
Could not rate this place higher. We stayed in VIP Select and all the staff were so accommodating. Best holiday ever!!!

an amazing holiday, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. the hotel was fantastic, with great facilities, delicious food, and a lovely atmosphere throughout our stay.
the staff were outstanding from start to finish. the bar staff were always friendly, welcoming, and worked incredibly hard to make sure everyone had a great time. the entertainment team were absolutely brilliant and brought so much energy and fun to every day and evening.
a very special mention goes to Mehmet, Mehmet, Ramazan and Hakan from the entertainment team. they truly made our holiday extra special. they always made time to stop and chat with our family, made us laugh every day, and went above and beyond to make everyone feel included. their kindness, enthusiasm, and genuine care made a huge difference to our holiday, and they are a real credit to the hotel.
