Castival Hotel

Looks nice at first… then you get to the room, dirty, dated and bathroom was flooded with water and stank.. let it go I’m on holiday!

First night in the bar witnessed piles of sick on the floor and they were then just “wiped” up and not disinfected. Not much for the kids to do (maybe because it was Sunday) but still they were very bored.

The food is absolutely grim; my kids wouldn’t eat anything had to go buy them a McDonald’s and I struggled to find anything that didn’t look like it had been cooked on a radiator.

Now.. on my second day saw more sick in the pool toilets, and I was starting to get worried. That afternoon I started feeling unwell, by 2pm projectile vomiting and basically peeing out of my behind - for several hours, since then I haven’t left my room. Well only down to see the hotel dr who told me I needed a drip, told me he wouldn’t accept my insurance and would need to pay.

So now I’m stuck in my room can’t keep water or anything inside me and feeling worse by the hour, hotel couldn’t care less- other guests are sick and they won’t take accountability.

My holiday is ruined never will I come here again and advise others to avoid this place it’s not 5 star 2 at best and that’s only because it looks nice when you walk in

At first glance the hotel looks nice then your start to notice everything filth everywhere Day 2 of our hoilday we noticed sick piles on the floor in the lobby bar ,the pool toilets had sick on the floor in the sink and all over the toilet the same around most of the hotel Me and my wife and kids ended up been very ill vomiting and diarrhea to the point we couldn't get out of bed the worst hoilday we have every been on The food is terrible and the hotel is filthy avoid at all costs

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Stay with Outstanding Service! We have had an absolutely fantastic stay! Everything has been wonderful, but what truly makes this hotel special is the amazing staff, their positive attitudes, and their outstanding service. They have made our holiday truly unforgettable! A special shout-out to Ozcan Keskin at the pool bar! His charming personality, positive attitude, and warm smile make every visit a pleasure. And the drinks? Absolutely incredible! He knows exactly how to make a great cocktail and always serves it with a smile. 🍹 I also want to give a huge thank you to Farthi and the tall, dark-haired waiter at the lobby bar! These guys are simply amazing. Their fantastic service, great sense of humour, and welcoming personalities have made our stay extra special. They go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, and their positive energy is contagious. The drinks are absolutely delicious, too! And of course, a big thank you to the older gentleman who works so hard to keep the floors clean. His effort and dedication are appreciated, and he deserves recognition as well! It is the people who make the difference, and these wonderful employees have made our holiday truly memorable. Their friendliness, professionalism, humour, and genuine hospitality deserve the highest praise. Fantastic staff, amazing cocktails, excellent service, and an unforgettable atmosphere! We couldn't be happier and would love to come back. Thank you for making our stay so special! ❤️🍹
