Castival Hotel is located about 50-minute car ride away from Antalya airport and just about 10 minutes from Side and Manavgat. The modern rooms have been nicely decorated and equipped with all the needed amenities to make travellers feel comfortable and pleased during their stay. The hotel welcomes guests to their beautiful property that has a wide variety of activities and spaces where to have a fun and rest. Visitors can eat with friends or family at the on-site restaurant that offers inside or outside dining in a luxury atmosphere. If they prefer, they can visit the bar, relax, and have delicious drinks. Business travellers can take advantage of the multifunctional conference hall that accommodates up to 600 people. The pool area will be everyone's favourite place since they can rest, sunbathe, swim or have fun in the water slides. If guests desire, they can visit the spa where they will be spoilt and pampered.

It couldn't be worse than this
The hotel was honestly amazing until about two years ago, but this year it was a huge disappointment. The rooms were in poor condition, with peeling walls and a strong smell of mold. Even ordering a drink took around 20 minutes because the service was so slow. Unfortunately, there were also people walking around the hotel all the time wearing shirts and trying to approach guests, which made many of us feel uncomfortable. The overall guest quality has also gone down a lot, possibly because there were so many local visitors We definitely won't recommend this hotel anymore, and we won't be coming back for our next vacation. It seems like the change in management has really affected the hotel. We truly miss how it used to be. Sadly, we won't be booking this hotel again. ://

Very good hotel, i love it. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect.

when we first arrived late at night me and my partner travelled from newcastle and were given our room however the shower was broken as soon as we got there which wasnt ideal, addressed this and got sorted a day after which left us stuck for a while. no room change or anything was done we just had to simply wait. not many english speaking staff. some staff were nice and respectful but somewhere really rude. on our last day a bar member screamed at my girlfriend for asking for an iced coffee stating that they werent included even though she had them the entire holiday and given by there staff when served at by the lobby bar and was shouted at extremely rudely when she asked for one. Luckily guest relations who deal with complaints procedures seen this and approached us to let my girlfriend put a report in as i was not with her at the time which is now being dealt with so thats the only plus side but id avoid this hotel
