We were in this hotel for 12 days. This hotel is 100% renovated and everything is new. Before coming to the hotel, I thought that all the positive reviews for this hotel were fake. But when I came to the hotel, I saw that the room and everywhere in the hotel were really clean. The cooling system is excellent. Energy is expensive in Turkey, but the cooling system of this hotel is active 24 hours even when you are not in the room. The male manager of the hotel and the female manager are very generous and all their efforts are to make the guests very satisfied. The hotel staff are very kind. The breakfast was good, we never ran out of food because they filled the dishes quickly. The pool was swept every day and the water inside was very clean. All rooms have a balcony where you can relax or smoke. The hotel area is also excellent and quiet. The only negative point is the lock of the rooms, which is old, but it does not cause a problem in terms of security, it is better to update it and make it a card. If I want to come to Side again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

What can I say, arrived here solo & left feeling like a family member. Couldn’t do enough for you, clean, fresh, very very clean pool. Even Denize was cool! Sometimes salack! Would highly recommend to stay here if visiting side

Worst hotel ever!
The worst hotel i ever been in! The hotel was so dirty. The bed was dirty. And its smell terrible in the hall. It was no warm dater in the shower. And the bed was dirty and really hard. When we change hotel the hotell manager on bellissima become angry. No stay away from this hotel. Far from beach to. Not Nice.
Best hotel experience
The best customer service I have ever had in a hotel before. The pool area was very nice, good music and good service when ordering drinks and food.
Staying at the Bellissima Hotel
I stayed here for 10 days had problems from the start no lights in the corridor pitch black. Top floor given had to ask for another room lower. TV didn’t work. Next day they did not want to move me had to persist to,d them I was disabled didn’t seem to matter. Eventually got another room that day. Kettle didn’t work. They changed my bed and towels after 5 days but that’s all didn’t clean emptied one bin. They finally cleaned it properly Monday 21/98/26 the day before I left. The breakfast was weird some mornings chicken nuggets and chips mixed together, horrible little hot dog sausages in water, freezing cold fried hard eggs, pasta spirals in tomato sauce? One morning they served it with chips in it and scrambled egg twice with those vile sausages mixed in it oh and chips there were always chips. I didn’t eat there and I only slept there. My TV on the last night gave up the ghost the satellite dish went kaput. Won’t be going there again that’s fer sure.
