Barut Hemera

Brilliant experience all round at Barut Hemera. The hotel itself is lovely but what made it extra special for us were a) The à la cartes. We tried Olive and Sofra, both were great and in a beautiful setting. You can also go to the Olive for lunch which is nice if you want to mix things up a bit in the week; b) The staff. They were so great with my little girl, this really put us at ease being new parents on our first family holiday; c) The Bary Star baby concept. With all the items they give you during your stay, like a steriliser, baby bath, baby shampoo etc it meant we didn’t have to pack the kitchen sink! The hotel really caters to all ages, families, couples etc I would highly recommend Barut Hemera to anyone visiting Side!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Family Holiday – The Best All-Inclusive We've Experienced! We are still staying at Barut Hemera until Tuesday, and I honestly couldn't wait to leave a review because this hotel has exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The level of customer service here is outstanding. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and every question we've had has been answered with patience, professionalism and a genuine smile. The attention to detail is second to none. One thing that has really stood out is how seriously the hotel has taken my nut allergy. Every restaurant and member of staff has been incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring and careful, allowing me to relax and enjoy every meal without worrying. That level of care means so much. The food has been absolutely incredible throughout the resort, but a special mention has to go to the Beach Buffet. The quality, freshness and variety are exceptional, and being able to enjoy such fantastic food just steps from the sea has been one of the highlights of our holiday. There are a few members of staff who truly deserve special recognition: Iren, who works as a waitress at the pool bar, has been absolutely amazing. She is always smiling, remembers everyone's orders, works incredibly hard and provides service with such warmth and kindness. She's a real credit to the hotel. Another huge thank you goes to Fatoush at Barry's Kids Club. My son is completely obsessed with her and asks to see her every day! It's so obvious that she genuinely loves her job and cares about every child she meets. She has made such a positive impact on our holiday, and seeing how excited our son is to spend time at the kids' club has been wonderful. The facilities are fantastic. Our room (1415) has been huge, spotless and incredibly comfortable, giving us plenty of space to relax after a busy day. The swimming pools are excellent, and the water slides are brilliant fun for both children and adults. It's rare to find slides that genuinely appeal to all ages, but these certainly do. The entertainment team also deserve recognition. The gentleman who runs the archery and air rifle sessions is absolutely brilliant—he makes every activity fun, engaging and enjoyable for everyone. Likewise, the lady who organises the darts creates a fantastic atmosphere and encourages everyone to join in, regardless of ability. We've also really appreciated all the recommendations from the staff about places to visit around Side. We've taken several of their suggestions, explored the local sights, and every recommendation has been fantastic. It's the people that make this hotel truly special. Every member of staff works tirelessly to ensure guests have the best possible holiday, and their kindness, professionalism and genuine care shine through every single day. We still have a few days left of our holiday, and we're already talking about coming back. Thank you to everyone at Barut Hemera for making this one of the best family holidays we've ever had.
