Barut GOIA

Following last year, we were once again at Barut Goia this year with our two young children and had a fantastic time. I'd like to highlight two things in particular: Food and Beverage, and the Kids Club.

The team around the Food and Beverage Manager does a great job. The food is excellent and you feel completely well taken care of. I'd especially like to mention the warmth of the service. Merwe, Ayden, and Arsel are unbeatable when it comes to warmth and hospitality. Encounters like these are exactly why you truly feel at home in a place.

The second point worth mentioning is the Kids Club. The team around Yasemine, Bigi, and Yami does an incredible job. Our children loved the three of them and enjoyed every minute in the Kids Club. Their genuine love and care mean that our daughter still asks about the three of them every day, even weeks after our holiday. They're likely the reason our children want to go back to Barut Goia next year too. All in all, we had a fantastic holiday!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Barut Goia in Side, Turkey. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and maintained to a very high standard. The food was outstanding, with a fantastic variety of delicious dishes every day. Every meal was a pleasure, and it's clear that the kitchen staff put a lot of passion and hard work into everything they prepare.

The entertainment team deserves special recognition. They were incredibly friendly, energetic, and professional, creating a fun atmosphere every day and evening. A very special thank you to Anel—she was absolutely amazing! Her positive energy, enthusiasm, and genuine kindness made our holiday even more memorable. Thank you as well to all the members of the entertainment team and their manager..(It's SHOW time!)😄 for their exceptional work.

A huge thank you goes to the best bartender, Utku Deniz. His service was truly above and beyond, and the cocktails he prepared were simply outstanding. He always welcomed everyone with a smile and made every visit to the bar a great experience.

Special thanks also to Ferhat, the DJ, for creating the perfect atmosphere with fantastic music throughout our stay.

We would also like to thank bartenders Latif Helvaci and Musa Kesgin for their nonstop hard work, professionalism, and kindness. They were always friendly and ensured every guest received excellent service.

Finally, our sincere appreciation goes to the kitchen staff, housekeeping team, and reception staff. Everyone worked incredibly hard to make our holiday comfortable and unforgettable. Their dedication, warmth, and professionalism did not go unnoticed.

His professionalism, kindness, politeness, and positive attitude were exceptional. Every drink he prepared was perfect, but what truly made him stand out was the atmosphere he created around the bar. He always greeted guests with a genuine smile, remembered people's preferences, and made everyone feel welcome. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure every guest had a fantastic experience. Employees like Utku Deniz are incredibly rare, and he is truly a credit to Barut Goia. Every company dreams of having dedicated, hardworking, and genuinely caring people like him on their team. He played a huge part in making our holiday unforgettable. Another outstanding member of staff was Latif Helvaci. His friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help were equally impressive. Just like Utku Deniz, he always treated guests with warmth, respect, and genuine care. His excellent service and positive personality never went unnoticed, and he made every interaction enjoyable. Staff members like Latif are one of the reasons guests return to this hotel again and again. A special thank you also goes to Ferhat, the DJ. His playlists perfectly matched the mood throughout the day and evening, making every event even more enjoyable. His positive energy added another special touch to our holiday. Every single member of staff worked incredibly hard with genuine smiles and outstanding professionalism.
