This charming hotel is located by a beautiful long sandy beach, within wonderful green grounds. The town centre with its many shops, cafés, bars and restaurants is just 3.8 km away where Side's spectacular amphitheatre, museum and the Temple of Apollo can also be found. Manavgat Waterfalls are 10 km away. There are public transportation links and a taxi station in front of the hotel.

Brill Barut !!!
So many great reviews for the Arum and, after a few visits, mine would be the same :) Thought instead I'd give a shout out to some of our favourite staff. Reception, Ibrahim is a gentleman and he and the others in the team are super helpful with info etc. on arrival or anytime during the holiday. Irina and Derya from guest relations are always around to help if required with a la carte bookings or anything else. Mustafa (Mr Charisma) at breakfast and the pool bar is a pleasure to chat to and you only have to place a drinks order once and he remembers for the rest of the holiday :) All the guys behind the bar at the pool bar are super friendly as well as excellent mixologists !!! The Bonsai/Petunia restaurant is so well managed by Arif, Emre and the other staff. The same can be said for Ali and colleagues at Sakura and Ahmet and colleagues at Akasya. We loved the Begonya beach bar at sunset and we were always impressed with Mehmet, such a friendly fellow, who always remembered our drinks orders. The cocktails were often made by Alper who can make anything you want but for us, his Cosmopolitans and Bloody Marys were our favourites :) The jetty was our favourite place to spend the day and we were always looked after by Sunai, he is so helpful to everyone. Last, but not least, I must mention Serdar. If you want to know who he is, look at his shoes :) He is around the hotel all day, engaging with guests, checking things are running smoothly (which they normally are) and doing everything a good manager should do. PS the cats usually found a shady corner to have their snoozes :)

Excellent hotel and the staff were excellent. Would have to give a special mention to safiye the waitress in the pool bar and restaurant. She could honestly not do enough for you,excellent employee.
Pool bar staff 10/10
Great hotel for all ages, one thing that stood out was the bar staff meanly the pool bar. Umet Kurt which we nicknamed Aberdeen. Furkan and Ali also great guys.
Wonderful Hotel in Side
Another amazing holiday at this beautiful hotel. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel including the restaurants and the gardens. Food was exceptional for quality and choice. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed and a special mention to housekeeper Hacer Uslu who is simply wonderful at her job. All the waiters work hard and always ask if they can get anything for you. All in all an outstanding hotel in beautiful surroundings and location. Hopefully not too long until we visit again.

10 Out of 10 for Our 10th Visit!
10 Visits Later, and Still Utterly Unbeatable! Deciding to return to a hotel for a 10th time says it all, but this latest stay proved yet again why this place remains our absolute home away from home. From a warm, efficient check-in to a flawless departure, every single moment was top-tier.
Our room was exceptional—spotlessly clean, immensely comfortable, boasting breathtaking pool and sea views, and complete with a mini-bar restocked daily. Whether we chose to relax by the pool or lounge on the beach, finding a sunbed at any time of day was completely hassle-free. What truly elevates this hotel is the incredible team:
The Daytime Dream Team: The pool bar service during the day was nothing short of brilliant. Furkhan Kaplan, Ali Kemal, Umut Kurt, and Mustafa Dali kept the atmosphere fun, engaging, and served up the absolute best cocktails under the sun.
The Evening Legends: Nighttime at the pool bar was just as electric. Omer Celik, Hassan, and Tolgahan were fast, great fun, and attentive—always remembering exactly how we liked our drinks and keeping them topped up. A huge shoutout to Hassan for making us a special tuzlama.
The Culinary Highlights: Eating mostly at the main buffet and the lunchtime Burger Inn, we were consistently blown away. Grab a burger and a beer for lunch (and save room for the chef’s surprise dessert!). At the buffet, the fresh pasta station is an absolute must-try, and chef Lockman prepared a special aubergine dish for us that ranked as one of the best meals of our entire trip.
The Entertainment: While the vibes were great all week, Wednesday night’s pool bar party featuring the band Mystic Infinity was hands-down the standout entertainment of the week!
Warm, professional, and endlessly fun—a massive thank you to all the staff for making our 10th anniversary stay so unforgettable. Here’s to number 11
