Slightly disappointed!
Arrived to torrential rain around 12.30am - shown to our room, which was lovely (6th floor overlooking the pool and huge with a double balcony). Rooms are well stocked with toiletries and safe etc - no English channels and unable to connect a firestick, which was a shame as a couple of days we were stuck by the weather. If you are from the UK you are definitely in the minority - most are Russian, Polish, German or Eastern European.
Unfortunately, the weather was not on our side and there is little to do in that instance (there is an indoor pool in the spa but as you can imagine, this was filled with kids) - not too much outside under cover space so everyone crammed inside - in the event of rain, the shows, disco etc are moved to a basement room.
The food is average with a variety and we dined à la carte one night (you are allowed one visit per stay). The drinks however are a big let down - no branded spirits and the only cocktails are those listed at the bar - the mini bars in rooms are only orange, iced tea and coke - no Diet Coke available- only at the bars - and no snacks in mini bar. I had to resort to buying a bottle from a local supermarket for the room. We didn’t try the Spa as we had booked the Delphin (highly recommended) prior to our arrival.
The pool area is very busy and I can imagine that it would be difficult to find space if the weather hot and the hotel full.
There is a taxi rank outside or a shortish walk to the bus stops but not too much locally to walk to - recommend the market at Manavgat. As per previous reviews, weirdly they ask for everything in Euros but you can ask to pay in £ or TL.
Irem (animation) lovely and friendly as were most staff. Wouldn’t return but that’s a personal preference as there’s nothing wrong with the hotel just personal choices.

Everything is perfect I like it
A 5-Star Hotel? Not in Our Opinion! 🥴
We have just spent 10 nights at this hotel, from 11th October to 21st October, and unfortunately, we cannot wait to get home. For a hotel advertised and rated as 5-star, in our opinion, it barely scrapes 3-star.
The biggest issue of all was the lack of sleep. One of the biggest mistakes was being allocated a room right next to the children’s play park. The children screamed constantly, making it incredibly difficult to relax, even when we were sitting on our own balcony. We also witnessed children vandalising the play park on numerous occasions while watching from our balcony. This was extremely disappointing and added to the already unpleasant atmosphere.
Between the constant screaming from the play park, children making noise, doors banging throughout the hotel and the paper-thin walls, we have genuinely struggled to get a decent night’s sleep for the entire 10-night stay. Surely, when allocating rooms, consideration should be given to guests who are looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Instead, we have spent our holiday exhausted and frustrated.
The food was another massive disappointment. Both breakfast and evening meals were awful, with very little to look forward to. For a hotel claiming to be 5-star, we expected a much better standard of food and a far greater choice.
Unfortunately, we also found some staff members rude and unhelpful, and the overall atmosphere around the hotel was incredibly disappointing. The pool areas felt strangely lifeless, with very little friendly interaction or holiday atmosphere. We certainly didn’t get the welcoming, enjoyable experience we had hoped for.
As English holidaymakers, we felt that the hotel did very little to cater for us. Based on our experience, we would strongly advise other British holidaymakers to carefully consider whether this hotel is right for them before booking.
The shop downstairs was another frustration. We were charged different prices for cigarettes on different occasions, which left us feeling as though we were being ripped off. This really added to our overall disappointment.
Now, the positives — because there were a few!
We absolutely loved the beach, and the bus service was great. Most importantly, the bus driver was fantastic and genuinely made our holiday that little bit more enjoyable. He was a real highlight of our stay and deserves recognition for helping bring some positivity to what has otherwise been a very disappointing experience.
Sadly, the beach and the bus driver were the highlights of the entire 10 nights, which says a lot.
We booked what we believed would be a relaxing 5-star holiday, but instead we are going home tired, disappointed and feeling that the hotel fell well below our expectations.
Would we return? Absolutely not. Would we recommend it to other English holidaymakers? Based on our experience, no.
A 5-star rating should mean comfort, quality food, good service and an enjoyable atmosphere. Unfortunately, we experienced very little of that here.
Thank goodness for the beach and the lovely bus driver — because without them, this holiday would have been an even bigger disaster.

I am extremely happy with my stay at Arnor Deluxe! The food is delicious, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the swimming pools are fantastic. It’s the perfect place to relax, enjoy yourself, and have an amazing holiday. 🏖️☀️
The entertainment is also one of the best parts of the hotel! 🎉 I am very happy with the entire entertainment and organizing team. They do their best to make every guest feel welcome and ensure that everyone has a wonderful time.

I am extremely happy with my stay at Arnor Hotel in Turkey! It was a fantastic holiday, and I can honestly say that this hotel is well worth recommending. The swimming pools are amazing, the food is delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling.
One thing I really appreciated was the excellent attitude towards Polish guests. Everyone made us feel very welcome and comfortable from the very beginning! 🇵🇱🥰
A special mention goes to the entire animation team! ❤️ They are absolutely brilliant, very friendly, energetic, and full of positive vibes. They really know how to get the party started and create an amazing atmosphere! 🥳💃🕺 The entertainment is fantastic, the music is great, and there is always something fun going on. They make sure everyone feels included and has a great time. The evening parties are especially amazing!
Overall, I had a wonderful holiday. Great pools, delicious food, excellent service, friendly people, and an outstanding animation team make this hotel a fantastic place to stay.
