Excellent hotel.... service was always friendly, clean and comfortable moden room and all swimming areas and entertainment was really good...food and drink was plentiful and always really good...The beach is a distance but again no problem the shuttle service is always there....overall one of our best family holidays, many thanks...

Beautiful hotel, let down by the à la carte restaurant booking
A very beautiful hotel with attentive staff and impeccable cleanliness. The food was good, the drinks were of real quality, and the facilities matched our expectations. We had a great time for almost the entire stay. The only downside, and the reason I'm not giving 5 stars, was the person in charge of the à la carte restaurant reservations. Every time we went, we were told it wasn't possible for the next day or that all the spots were taken. Then we'd be told a reservation would be made for the following day, but when we returned we were again told it was fully booked and couldn't be done across multiple days. Even though we went right at opening time, at 10 o'clock, the person often wasn't even there. It became clear they simply didn't want us to get into the à la carte restaurant, which was disappointing for an otherwise excellent hotel.
