Arnor de Luxe Hotel
I was genuinely satisfied with the hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the reception, bar, and restaurant staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. Apart from this unfortunate incident, my friend and I were very happy with the entire hotel staff. The only issue we experienced occurred during the hotel's "Ladies and Gentlemen Show." Throughout the performance, the entertainment manager, who was hosting the show with a microphone, repeatedly behaved disrespectfully toward the women on stage in a manner with clear sexual undertones. He instructed them to perform various tasks that were degrading to women's dignity, mocked the women on stage, including my friend, and made inappropriate sexual remarks about them. He also repeatedly touched the women in front of the other hotel guests. In addition, this individual mocked people of other nationalities, making insulting and derogatory comments that demeaned them because of their nationality. Watching this behavior made me feel humiliated both as a woman and as a representative of my own nationality. Furthermore, this was not an isolated incident—this host behaved in the same manner during other entertainment shows as well. Because of a man who believed this kind of behavior was funny, I experienced the worst moment of my holiday. I believe that no hotel guest should ever be made to feel this way because of someone who treats people disrespectfully on the basis of their gender or nationality. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and damages the hotel's reputation.

Dj is great very friendly and chatty, food is good loads of options available. Room is clean and spacious. overall great place for families
Review of two halves
We stayed here for 10 nights, 2 families with teenagers. Firstly, it does not appear to be a newly opened hotel given the condition of the flooring and walls in the bedroom and overall style of decor. The pool area is lovely and as well as activities during the day there are also quiet times. The bus to the beach is excellent as are the facilities for eating and washing. The service and food quality is significantly higher at the beach bar compared to the hotel restaurant and pool snack bar. Bar staff in reception bar are very friendly and accommodating.
Unfortunately the service in the restaurant is not great. We struggled to get a table for our party of 8 and all we got were shrugs of shoulders. When ordering water, instead of a bottle or glass we got plastic cartons like were available round the pool, hardly 5 star. Food was average. Ice cream is only available for 1 hour at the pool bar each afternoon! Resulting in long queues, completely unnecessary and again hardly 5 star. The worst service by far was from the reception staff who were at times rude and unhelpful. My daughter needed insulin to be refrigerated at all times and when our room fridge stopped working there was no apology or empathy and for the 8 remaining days it had to be kept in the fridge behind the bar! Not ideal and again not 5 star. If you manage to get a decent price there are positives to this hotel, however it is nowhere near a 4 star let alone a 5 star and it wasn’t worth the money my family paid.
