I spent a week in this hotel in june. Rooms are of high quality, they are cleaned every day. Also pool is huge, well maintained and clean. You’re not going to be bored because animators Ali and Batu take care about guests every day. They are dedicated, creative and friendly. The whole stuff is professional, kind and helpful. There are lot of Poles in this hotel so you can easily find somebody to talk. Also stuff tries to speak polish, which is very nice of them. Food is fresh and various, every day you can choose from huge selection of desserts, fruits, meats and thematic tables. I also recommend to take the opportunity and visit a’la carte restaurant - it’s delicious. I love this hotel and i’m sure i will come back there as soon as possible.

The hotel is excellent, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming! The food is delicious, and the overall organization is outstanding. I would especially like to praise DJ Batu and Ali for their excellent organization and their friendly, professional approach to guests. We will definitely come back again—it was a real pleasure staying here! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have great time im Alexis Hotel. I can recommend funny animation program: water polo and darts games prepared by smiled Ali, excited party in the evenings, delicious food ad friendly waiters and helpfull hotel service.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and highly recommend it! Everything was exceptionally clean and the entire staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and always smiling.
As I am gluten intolerant, I am grateful to the manager and chef for preparing for me separate gluten-free meals throughout our stay. Their care and attention to detail made us feel truly valued.
