Loud unfriendly and very German
Music and muzak unceasing. Neighbour hotel loud till late. Everywhere in Side is the same noise. Sunbeds mostly taken before 8am. Beach is dirty with bitey things in the water. Staff all geared up towards german clientele. Front desk is useless. Rep was useless. Bar stocks very bad wine and one German beer. Cocktails are either mostly water or straight vodka. Room was nice but no top sheet for 10 day stay. Pool is nice but best for young athletes who want to play polo and volleyball. Went knowing it wouldn’t be great but still disappointed.

Atmosphere is perfect here - stuff is very nice and helpful, animators Ali, Musi and Bugar were fantastic. Rooms and everywhere is clean, food is various, fresh and delicious. Its very cosy place to relax but have fun as well! Its perfect value fot such a quality🤩
Amazing Hotel stay
We had a wonderful stay at Alexia Hotel! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and service.
A special thank you to Okan, Davut, Ali, and Ezra, as well as the entire team, for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Alexia Hotel and would happily stay here again! ❤️
Awful - worst ever
This is not a 5* hotel as lead to believe by love holidays. Do not book the all inclusive package the drinks are undrinkable. Disgusting. The food isn’t much better. No one in the hotel speaks English. No management about. No entertainment again love holidays advertised professional shows ! Soulless lobby bar. Non speaking English guests. Threadbare towels DO NOT BOOK !! Worst holiday I have ever had and wish I’d read this review

Amazing Hotel
We had a wonderful stay at Alexia Hotel in Turkey and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great holiday.
The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, the food was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was well organised, and we felt genuinely welcomed and looked after.
A special thank you to Okan from management, who was always helpful, professional and attentive to the guests. His kindness and willingness to help really made a difference.
I would also like to give a special mention to Ezra, our cleaning lady, who did a fantastic job. She was always friendly, smiling and made sure our room was clean and comfortable every day. Her hard work was very much appreciated.
Thank you to the whole team at Alexia Hotel for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back! ❤️🇹🇷
