All inclusive cracker
What can I say about the holiday stay I've had here - it's been an absolute blast!!! For the price my partner and I paid for our stay, the hotel has been superb. The staff were all so helpful and helped made the experience unforgettable (along with some great fun guests who became our friends for the trip!) Food is pretty good but not incredible (though if approached with an open mind, it's well cooked, very Turkish and tasty). The pool bar is a blinder and rooms are clean and comfortable - housekeeping did a fantastic job and a big shout out to the staff (Murak, Jacob, Yusef, Murat, Marat - if I could remember more names I'd name more). All in all, it's not luxury, but a great, clean, happy and enjoyable hotel and I'd love to come back!!!

Run down and dated hotel
Well, where to begin.... Arrived at hotel at around 10pm after travelling for over 12 hours. Ahead of me at reception desk was a very irate Russian family with young children having a heated exchange with person on desk (can only assume they had no booking). Phones were being passed around while they argued it out with various people. After about 5 mins of standing there with my bags I was told to sit down while the row pursued snd children were running round reception trading the place. After another 10 mins or so I just went up to the desk and was handed a form to fill in and eventually I was shown to my room where I discovered the wifi was only free in lounge. (Paid 10 Euros next morning).
The room contained a fridge but no kettle and there was a TV but no remote. Furniture very dated. The shower was missing a door, the wash hand basin tap came out in a tiny dribble, the shower head broke off on day two (reported it but noone came to fix) and the casing on the toilet flush came off and fell into toilet bowl when I pressed it! However, the wi-fi was working and the bed was reasonably comfy.
The food was disgusting, chicken, rice and pasta twice a day, most of which was cold. No chips ever, no butter, no tea bags, milk only available at breakfast. The same dreary desserts every meal time (dry sponge cakes and blancmanges). No ice cream ever. If you come down after the first half hour or so you had to get your own cutlery as tables were not re-set.
The best part was the 25m swimming pool but the sun beds were very dated and worn. Rubbish was not removed and drinks glasses were allowed around pool (whereas everywhere else your drinks are in plastic or cardboard cups!).
No music from pool bar until late afternoon despite it opening at 10am.
Cats roam around everywhere, including inside hotel and restaurant.
I managed to get a stomach bug in last two days of my stay and very aware of where it came from.
Have never been so happy to go home and needless to say will never return to this hell hole.
Rubbish
This has got to be one of the worst holiday we have had in turkey, apart from cleaners going in and tiding our room nothing else could be classed as even reasonable the staff where ignorant and not helpful to the point that people outside the hotel offered more assustance food was crap just reheated every day all inclusive no drinks as they had run out 1st night/morning given room with an naked man sleeping in it already. Just nothing going gor it one to keep away from in the future
Dirty discusting HOLE
Dirty disgusting HOLE...DO NOT USE ..YOU WILL REGRET IT..This dirty hole is not recommend..drinks are awful given in plastic throw away disposable cups by the most ignorant staff...food is crap to put lightly...rooms are miserable..nothing works aircon..no drinks etc...to cool room I left shower running on cold..I asked them to sort aircon..tv had to be hired..no WiFi unless bought....Omg bathrooms were bloody awful. I've even put video of my dirty fisgusting room on youtube and instagram..4 STAR HOTEL...WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE KIDDING...
Mainly russian hotel
Our room wasn't too bad. We had air conditioning, kettle and fridge, no spoons though just wooden sticks and no cups just paper cups. Shower wasn't so good it just tickled out but they did come and change the shower head and the shower was fantastic then and could get a good shower. Cleaners were lovely and kept it clean. Balcony was tiny you couldn't fit 2 people on it even though it had a small table and 2 chairs due to the door. Probably if it had a sliding door you would of been able to sit on there. We paid extra for sea view which I was glad we did as we had quite a nice room. Someone I spoke to had a very small room near the stage area, no fridge, no kettle, tiny shower and no curtains on the windows but was told that was budget room , they did get moved and the room they got was better. Bar staff inside the hotel very rude, even if you said please and thank you they glared at you, snatched your drinks off you etc. The main guy at reception I really liked him he was a little bit quiet but he did look very tired as they do all work hard and he did smile at us when we came back to the hotel at gone 2 am and whenever we walked past him (I don't think he could speak a lot of English). The restaurant staff are lovely and the guy at the bar near the pool Food though was awful , I only ate 1 full meal the whole week. I didn't eat breakfast at all. Salads were mainly mixed salads at first which I didn't like as they use a lot of dill herbs, then then did put separate salads out. A lot of aubergines,spinach in something, mushrooms in a sauce with small meatballs and then next day same thing but with sliced meatloaf. Pasta, rice, bulgar wheat. More or less same food every day. They did a BBQ one night which was lovely this was my first meal I ate. Lots of sweets which my friends ate. Cocktails I didn't like there, we mainly had vodka which we would have a couple before we went out. It seems that most of the hotels in the area are full of Russians and cater for the Russians and Germans, as most of the people I spoke to complained about the food. What can I say a lot of the Russians were rude and arrogant never said excuse me or sorry and stared at us English. There are a few nice hotels near the beach but the majority are not so near the beach, this is why we chose this hotel. I didn't see a lot of cats near the hotel just one or 2 but it didn't bother us as we are cat people. The cats (wild) in the area are very looked after and loved. We got cartons of water from the pool bar to take to our room to drink there was also a cold hot water dispenser. The hotel tbh wasn't to bad, maybe a bit worn in places like the settees in the reception area but you get what you pay for and it didn't bother me. We used it as a base and just spent the morning at the pool and after lunch went to the beach. We had the discovery jeep safari which was a fantastic day. Spent every night at the sky alremu restaurant and bar, we had a couple of meals there and the guys who work there are fantastic. The doner kebab shop opposite the hotel did fantastic wraps, we had the chicken wraps, best I've ever had and they are cheap. Would I go again to this hotel, I probably would as a base again but wouldn't eat the food as we didn't like it. I would also want the room I had or one near the pool
