The hotel is located in the best part of Side, on a golden sandy beach, 62 km to Antalya Airport and only 1.5 km to Side, where you can visit many restaurants, bars, discos, shops and historical places. It is set in a lovely green garden covered with native trees and is only a 15-minute walk to Side. There is a promenade by the beach where guests can take nice walks or go jogging. There is also a taxi service and public shuttle bus stop close by. Guests can enjoy their restaurants open at the hotel. The main restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating and will serve buffet-style meals, also offering three themed nights. There will be also 3 à la carte restaurants where you can taste different specialities of Italian & international cuisine and Mediterranean seafood enjoying a candlelit dinner. It will also offer various bars such as a lobby bar and a beach bar where we will serve high-quality drinks. All its 250 rooms have been designed with the needs of our guests in mind. Its contemporary modern style, perfect location, swim-up rooms, penthouse suites, à la carte restaurants, large swimming pool and spa centre make it the perfect fit for guests looking for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday hosted with traditional Barut hospitality.

This is our second stay at this hotel. I can highly recommend - pleasant staff, convenient rooms, delicious food, and really nice entertainment. I can recommend classes with Derya, I enjoyed them a lot.

Holiday of a lifetime
We stayed here for 10 nights in early June for our honeymoon after carefully reading the reviews, and can honestly say the hotel and staff did not disappoint!
Our room was beautifully decorated on arrival and in a quiet area as requested. The hotel and grounds were immaculate.
We were able to get a sunbed with ease almost every day. There are QR codes on sunbeds to order drinks both around the pool and at the beach. Drinks are of exceptional quality.
The entertainment was excellent most nights, especially the duo performing at Maison Plage on a Monday night.
The food was superb, even in the buffet restaurant. Roka is beautiful place to eat to see the sunset and the food at Safar restaurant is exceptional. The lovely gentleman was runs Safar (I've forgotten his name unfortunately) was so friendly and attentive and decorated our table beautifully for us twice during our stay.
The hotel is a 20min walk along the sea front to the main centre of Side. There is so much history to see there it's well worth the walk.
We honestly had the best honeymoon we could ever have dreamed of all thanks to this lovely hotel and the wonderful staff who work there. We're already planning a return trip for our big birthday celebrations in 2028!

Eda darts was fun
In general, we really like the animation program. It's varied, fun, and there's always a relaxed atmosphere. The team knows how to involve the guests without making anyone feel pressured.
In the evenings, the atmosphere changes completely.
The DJ music is perfect for a lovely holiday evening, and you can end the day wonderfully at the bar with good drinks.
We also really like the pool areas; they're very spacious, clean, and ideal if you just want to relax for a while.
We're taking many wonderful memories home with us. Eda and the animation team, in particular, will remain in our holidaycheck memories

Great hotel very comfortable with everything you need while on holiday. Deluxe seaview room lovely, good space, minibar etc. Friendly and honest staff. My lost iPhone was found by staff and returned to me! High standards consistent. QR codes at beach, garden areas with prompt service. Outstanding food and beverage selection. Plan to return
