The hotel is located in the best part of Side, on a golden sandy beach, 62 km to Antalya Airport and only 1.5 km to Side, where you can visit many restaurants, bars, discos, shops and historical places. It is set in a lovely green garden covered with native trees and is only a 15-minute walk to Side. There is a promenade by the beach where guests can take nice walks or go jogging. There is also a taxi service and public shuttle bus stop close by. Guests can enjoy their restaurants open at the hotel. The main restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating and will serve buffet-style meals, also offering three themed nights. There will be also 3 à la carte restaurants where you can taste different specialities of Italian & international cuisine and Mediterranean seafood enjoying a candlelit dinner. It will also offer various bars such as a lobby bar and a beach bar where we will serve high-quality drinks. All its 250 rooms have been designed with the needs of our guests in mind. Its contemporary modern style, perfect location, swim-up rooms, penthouse suites, à la carte restaurants, large swimming pool and spa centre make it the perfect fit for guests looking for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday hosted with traditional Barut hospitality.

A relaxing holiday
This was our 2nd stay at the Acanthus Cennet, the last time was in March a few years ago, so it’s a totally different experience when all the facilities are available. We have enjoyed this stay very much, as everyone says in their reviews, the rooms are great, very well appointed and spotlessly clean, the facilities are immaculate, all the staff are great, the food and drink are amazing.
Our room part sea view in block 2 (there wasn’t pool view room available when we booked) there was a lot of noise from surrounding hotels in the evening. We really enjoyed sushi at lunchtime, popping into Maison Plage for a snack and I think my husband’s favourite lavanta for coffee and cakes. The main buffets themed nights is a great idea and stops the food from becoming boring. We tried all the à la carte restaurants and our personal favourite was the Italian. To get a decent sunbed by the pool, you have be up bright and early. People just put towels on the beds and never return. The decking and the beds around the pool could do with some TLC. We have had a great relaxing holiday

Fantastic holiday for adults
Currently enjoying a fantastic 2 week holiday. The location, pool, beach, restaurants and entertainment are all first class. The cleanliness is of a very high standard throughout the hotel. What stands out is the attentiveness of the staff in all areas. The waiters, the day and evening entertainment team all work very hard. The evening shows are very good and some spectacular. Party moon were exceptional and the Oktoberfest party was great fun. A special mention to Eda who made sure everyone had a great time, to Hussain in the Italian restaurant and all the staff in Maison Plage who worked really hard all day in the heat. This is a really good hotel and highly recommended to couples and families. Not certain I would recommend to families with children as activities for older children are limited. Mum celebrated her 80th birthday when we were here and Eda helped make it really special

Not a normal review
I’ve been to this hotel six times and always give a 5 star review. I’m hoping management see this as my 1 star review is for awful service at guest relations! My husband lost his prescription glasses on the beach - his own fault! I’m not blaming anyone. I contacted my insurance and they need confirmation that we reported them lost to the hotel. We did report them and a note was taken of our room number etc. The hotel are refusing to issue anything confirming this! Therefore we cannot claim for the glasses!! Customer service at its worst!

The building didnt have the wow factor but the staff, food and entertainment brought it in spades.
We arrived around 1 in the morning and checked in quickly. We were told where our room was and found it ourselves rather than wait to have someone take our luggage. Although the room was lovely it was a bit of a disappointment as we had requested a room on a high floor 10 days before we arrived only to be given a room on the lowest floor. But apart from that the holiday was amazing. The location next to the beach on a nice promenade within easy walking distance of Side marina and old town. The food in the buffet, the à la carte restaurants and maison plaige was excellent. Among the best I have had at an all inclusive hotel. The drinks that were available were all top brands. Including malt whiskeys and Stolichnya vodka. With proper mixers. The only fly in the ointment was that if you wanted bottles of cola you had to go get them from the lobby bar as the pool bar only had draught or 2 litre bottles. The hotel staff were all excellent and very friendly. I want to mention some, Can ( Mr Cuba) from the pool bar makes a great French martini, Eda organises the darts matches with great enthusiasm even though she sometimes needs help keeping score, Emrah and Yusuf from the steak restaurant were very attentive and good at their job. Also there was Sirma and Duygu waitresses from the buffet and all day restaurant. I would also like to mention the entertainment at night which was amazing and very professional. You don’t want to miss any of it. The pool was quite large for the size of the hotel but I would have liked another ladder at the bottom end of the pool.

Amazing Spa Treatment
I had the most amazing de-stress full body massage, including a facial, at the spa at Acanthus Cennet. It was honestly just the ticket!
The whole treatment was incredibly relaxing and I came away feeling completely refreshed. I’d been suffering with pain and tension in my shoulder and the massage made such a difference – the pain was completely relieved afterwards.
A truly amazing treatment that I would highly recommend to anyone staying at the hotel, particularly if you want to properly switch off and relax.
A huge shout-out and thank you to the wonderful Dermus and his team – Charlie and his Angels! 😊 You were all fantastic and made the whole experience even more special.
Highly recommended – I’ll definitely be back!
