Beautiful on the other side, but a huge disappointment underneath. The only things I can actually praise are the nice pools and clean rooms. You only get one key card per room, which is a real pain when there are two of you. My friend and I usually stick together, but because we both got sick from the hotel food, it became a massive problem. My friend was stuck in bed for two days and I was down for one, and constantly having to wake each other up by knocking or calling was awful. A second card should be standard. On the bus back to the airport, another woman told me the exact same story—she spent a day in bed with stomach issues too. Clearly, this isn't just a random fluke. The food was a major letdown. Everything was super greasy, and if you wanted something light, your only real option was boiled chicken and peas. The meatballs looked half-raw inside, and it felt like lunch leftovers were constantly being recycled into dinner and vice versa. For an 'Ultra All Inclusive' resort, this was a joke. The snack bar only served fried food, the only vegetables were sliced tomatoes and dried-out cucumbers, and they served burnt pizza for days straight. Fruit was only out during main meals, and ice cream was only available at dinner—which makes no sense in the heat when kids want a cold treat during the day. Earlier this year, my boyfriend and I traveled through Vietnam and ate at tiny, basic local spots all the time, and we never got sick once. So it's pretty sad and funny that at a 'five-star' resort, I ended up with major stomach trouble. Reading through Google reviews, it’s hilarious how the hotel replies - lines about 'experienced chefs' while the reality on the ground is terrible. It's just empty talk to cover up cutting corners on health and hygiene to save money. The drinks were bad too—just super sweet sugary mixes. Forget about getting Aperol or Mojito; the only safe bet was straight whiskey or vodka with soda just to disinfect. In the evenings, they pushed 'champagne' in the lobby, but it was just cheap, low-end Lambrusco. If you want to smoke during meals, there are no ashtrays on the tables, and asking the staff for one was a puzzle—when I asked for an ashtray, they kept bringing me forks and knives instead. 🤦🏻‍♀️ The spa staff were super annoying. The very first time you go down just to grab a beach towel, they crowd you and push hard to sell you massages you don't want. It got so annoying that I just kept the same beach towel for the whole week to avoid going back down there. The entertainment was terrible. The best part was the morning aqua gym, where the instructor's entire backside was hanging out the whole time—not a great look. It's funny how strict the hotel is about dress codes in the dining room while their own staff runs around showing off their rear end. The evening shows were weak, too. A singer tried doing a Czech song, but you couldn't understand a single word, and the English songs were totally butchered. The whole schedule is completely geared toward the Russian guests—not to mention these people constantly cutting in line at the bar and barging into elevators before you can even step out. I definitely do not recommend this hotel, it's a complete waste of money. I hope lots of people read this so they don't end up with a ruined vacation.

Choosing this resort was the worst decision. I visited with my family, and every single one of us ended up extremely sick with vomiting, stomach cramps, and fever due to the terrible quality of the food. The hygiene standards here are unacceptable. We will never return to this place. If you value your health and your family's safety, avoid this resort at all costs!
