Another phenomenal stay at the wondrous Orange County Alanya which is among my favourite chain in Turkey. Brilliant location with beaches aand a jetty. Fabulous food, lovely staff - from receptions (where there’s the amazing J-Lo lookalike and a l lady called Sharika). Entertainment team are friendly and fun. Cleaners are efficient and friendly, bar staff and waiters are so cool and efficient. Spa centre has some Bali ladies for Turkish baths and massages that are out of this world - makes a visit here even more special

Very good experience, the workers are kind and do a good job. The room atmosphere is great and quiet. Everything is clean.
We are currently staying in a hotel for 8 days, room 1060. Right now, 15 minutes before midnight, workers started renovation using a drill two rooms away from us. I even have a video showing that the repair workers left their tool cases in the hotel corridor and began working. We complained at the reception, but there was no apology at all—they just sent us to the guest relations desk, where a staff member took a photo of the recording. Again, no apology, nothing—just that they would call the technicians. Eventually, some man handled it with them.
But where is the common sense in doing renovations at 11:45 PM in a hotel where guests are sleeping? I work in a hotel myself, and in case of any mistake, we always do apologise and also offer compensation, such as moving guests to a better room, better view (which, especially in the off-season when the hotel is not fully occupied, wouldn’t be a problem). However, no such level of service was provided here.
The operations manager or general manager should seriously consider reviewing and improving staff training.
We went on holiday with our family last month and were very pleased with everything. We chose the spa to relax, and the spa staff were very attentive and friendly. Everything was spotlessly clean. Thank you for everything, we will definitely choose it again.
