Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We had a great stay at the Kirman Hotel. The resort was beautiful, the food was varied, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the best parts was the wide range of activities available, from bowling to fitness classes and other entertainment, so there was always something to do. I especially enjoyed the reformer Pilates classes with Sevda, who was a fantastic instructor. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay!
Terrible experience. All the staff spoke Russian and every menu, sign, and information sheet was in Russian. Getting the simplest question answered in English was impossible. A hotel taking international bookings should be able to communicate with international guests — this one can’t. Avoid.
it’s an amazing resort the rooms are clean spotless staff are so nice they interact with you the food is so good people there are so sweet they offer everything and the shows were amazing there r so many talented people and the activities and it’s echo friendly they are so welcoming and sweet i met so many nice people and staff it’s like i’ve known them for years one of the best resorts i have seen
We have recently returned from this hotel. I will be honest, it’s not as premium as it sounds or looks. Negatives:
During our stay the rooms were never cleaned in a whole 7 days. I had to ask housekeeper for clean towels. When my daughter dropped food on the floor and asked the housekeeper to clean it up, she said what do I need as she is busy with cleaning check out rooms as I bothered her. That’s not on when you pay premium price but you get nothing in return.
The hotel, activities and staff all geared towards Russian tourists. The service and attention was for them, English and Turks didn’t get as much as attention or service.
They make good drinks if you are tipping otherwise it’s water down in a paper cups. Some of the Russian speaking staff were sexist. I went to the pool bar to get drink, male staff completely ignored me and served other males who got there after me. He was continuing to ignore me until another customer pointed out that I was waiting before him and forced him to serve me. Maybe he experienced that woman don’t tip and man do so he ignored me.
At breakfast and dinner times, you get asked drink once. That’s it! It was a challenge to get waiters attention to get second drink. Their priority is to tidy up the tables. I would love to have access to coffee or tea machine but they didn’t have any. So you have to ask them to get you drinks. You will be lucky if you get second drink!
Pool entertainment was rubbish. Evening performances was good but not as great as other premium hotels, mediocre performances.
Our pictures was taken by the photographers they have on site and we paid the money but we never received the digital photos.
Positive:
The bathroom had little goodies such as toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo and body wash. The bathroom was small though, enough for one person. It not ideal when I had two little kids I had to wash and get them ready.
We stayed here as a family and, while there were some things we enjoyed, there were also a number of issues that affected our experience.
Unfortunately, we experienced an upset stomach/sickness bug during our stay, which completely wiped us out for a couple of days. Speaking to other British families around the pool, several had experienced the same, so it did seem to be quite widespread during our stay.
The hotel also felt very cramped. The sunbeds around the pool were packed extremely close together, to the point where you were almost touching the people next to you. It made the pool area feel quite crowded.
Poor experiences at the à la carte restaurants. At all three restaurants, our main courses were brought out before the starter plates had even been cleared. The pool bar staff in the evenings were fantastic – really friendly and attentive.
The lunch restaurant had a good variety of food, but unfortunately there was no air conditioning, which made sitting down for lunch very uncomfortable in the heat. There is a small outside seating area In the main restaurant, however smoking was allowed - this made it really unpleasant eating experience.
The beds were comfortable, which was a definite positive. One frustrating issue was the towels. We were two adults and two children but repeatedly received only three towels. We had to keep messaging Guest Relations to get an extra towel, which shouldn’t really have been necessary.
The entertainment was very repetitive. We felt like we were seeing the same gymnastics tricks over and over, and it would have been great to have had more variety throughout the stay.
The onsite photographers were also relentless. We politely explained several times that we weren’t interested, but they continued to approach us, which became quite annoying.
On the positive side, the kids absolutely loved the slides, and the evening pool bar staff deserve a special
