Not worth money
I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. It was definitely not worth the price I paid. The room was not as clean or well-maintained as advertised, and the overall condition of the hotel was below expectations. The service was poor, with staff showing little interest in resolving issues or making guests feel welcome.
For the amount this hotel charges, I expected much better quality, cleanliness, and customer service. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the cost, and I left feeling that I had wasted my money.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good value. There are much better options available for the same price or even less.

A Very Pleasant Family Holiday
We had a great family holiday at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent with lots of variety every day.
The only downside was check-in, as the reception staff didn’t give us much information about the hotel or activities. Thankfully, the guest relations team was very helpful and made everything much clearer for us.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back again.

Thank you, everything was perfect: animation, food, service, cleanliness, sauna, hamam, the sea. Every day we did morning exercises in group, that was fun and healthy. Thanks Svetlana, you made our day every day: a lot of activity for kids and teens. My 12 y.o teen was happy (swimming competition every day, fun mini-disco (especially serpantin and confetti from umbrella at the end), cards playing. Thank you Justiniano team. You are the best, especially Svetlana from animation. Nothing negative, just positive vibes. 🥰
Very good
The staff is really kind, I asked for some soy or vegetarian milk for breakfast and they soon provided for it, they really care about their costumers. Rooms are wide and clean, food is delicious and vegan friendly. I would suggest to put some labels to indicate allergens (milk, gluten…). I really had a good stay in that hotel and I thank everyone who works there.
Amazing service and unforgettable experience
We had a wonderful holiday at the Justiniano Hotel from April 12–19, 2026, and were genuinely very satisfied with our stay. We were especially impressed by the warm atmosphere and the excellent service. A special thank you to Erik, who made our stay even more enjoyable with his friendly attitude and great sense of humor. Thanks to him, we got a good overview of the hotel’s facilities and felt welcome from the very first moment. On his recommendation, we also tried the hotel’s massage service. The massage by Suzy was truly exceptional—definitely the best we have experienced in hotels. We highly recommend trying her “Angel Hands” treatment; it is something truly special. We would also like to thank Viktoria, who clearly contributes to making guests feel comfortable. Her attentiveness and care did not go unnoticed and made our stay even more pleasant.
