Surrounded by fabulous gardens, this hotel lies atop a picturesque cliff top close to the sea in the holiday region of Karaburun. It is just a short walk to the hotel's fine sand/ pebble beach and the centre of Incekum, which offers a diversity of shopping and entertainment venues such as bars, restaurants, nightclubs and boutiques, lies some 9 km away. It is 35 km to the town of Alanya and Side lies approximately 40 km away. Transfer to Antalya airport takes around 2 hours, lying about 90 km from the hotel. Excellent bus links are offered to all of these locations and a stop is to be found directly before the complex.
The hotel complex offers a total of 291 accommodation units spread over several 2 to 3-storey buildings. Renovated in 2005, this resort has much to offer guests including a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange bureau, a newspaper stand, a small supermarket, various shops, a hairdresser's salon, a games room, a TV room and a lounge. Dining options include a Turkish café, several bars, a buffet restaurant and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for infants. Younger guests may let off steam in the playground or participate in the kids' club activities (for those aged between 4 and 12 years of age). There is also a small theatre hall and an open-air nightclub on offer to guests as well as laundry services, medical assistance, bicycle hire service and public Internet terminal (fees apply) to take advantage of. There is a car park on offer to those arriving by car.
The welcoming, tasteful rooms on this complex each come with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a king-sized bed and a balcony as well as a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a minibar, a hire safe and individually controllable air conditioning.

The worst hotel we have experienced in Turkey
We stayed here for 11 days in July 2026 as a family. This was our worst holiday in Turkey despite visiting the country many times.
Our room was in unacceptable condition: stained mattresses, a cockroach, a leaking toilet, a clogged sink and a broken air conditioner. We spent the first days of our holiday reporting problems instead of relaxing. Although technicians came several times, the issues were never properly resolved.
The hotel is far too small for the huge number of guests. There is only one main pool, which was overcrowded all day. Finding a free sunbed was almost impossible unless you reserved one very early in the morning. The loungers and cushions were dirty and stained, the umbrellas were too small, and many areas around the pool were poorly cleaned. Trash bins often overflowed, and the tables near the loungers remained dirty for hours.
The restaurant was another major disappointment. It was constantly overcrowded, with long queues even for simple items like pancakes. Plates, glasses, cups and cutlery were frequently dirty. The food selection looked large but consisted mainly of the same ingredients presented in different ways. The coffee from the machines was undrinkable.
The hotel staff and management did not provide effective assistance. Guest Relations and the tour representative failed to solve our problems, and the only solution offered was to pay a large extra amount to move to another hotel.
The daytime animation was minimal and repetitive, while the evening entertainment was disappointing. By the end of the holiday we no longer wanted to visit the restaurant or the pool.
The only thing we truly enjoyed was the beautiful sea. Everything else was far below our expectations. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Vacation satisfied
We had a wonderful time with the family! The sea was magnificent and clean! There was plenty of varied food—you certainly won't go hungry! The staff were very polite and welcoming! The kids were thrilled with their stay at this hotel, and so were we!

This is a great hotel! You can confidently bring your children here. It’s right on the beachfront, has water slides, and is clean everywhere. The food is delicious, with a good selection and plenty of variety. The bartenders are excellent—fast and efficient—and the drinks are tasty. The entertainment and evening shows are good; the kids really loved the magician! Everything in the room is new, the finishes are high-quality, and the bedding was spotless. We really enjoyed it! We have plenty of travel experience and a good basis for comparison, and we truly liked it here. We will definitely be back!

Nice hotel
Everything was great, we’ll be back. The snack bar was delicious—big thanks to the ladies making the gözleme—and the sea was clean and absolutely beautiful.
