Location Our hotel is located between the palm beach and colorful flowers. The distance to the airport of Antalya is 90 km and the towns Alanya and Side are 32 km far away. The facility Our hotel that offers you an excellent holiday option consists of a six-storey building (416 standard rooms) and a seven-storey annex building (79 family rooms and 3 standard rooms). In the main building there are 4 panoramic elevators and in the annex building are 3 elevators. In the lobby floor you find the reception, piano bar with live music, Delphin Cafe & Bar and stores for shopping. a beautiful, luxurious hotel with a great staff, a mix of refinement, fun and wellbeing
The hotel is very compact, luxurious, each point is very well thought out in such a way that you can reach all its facilities in a relatively short time (reception, elevator, terrace, swimming pools, patisseries, lobby, aquaparks, mini bars, restaurants, entertainment venues, beach scenes). Throughout the stay, the entire staff was very attentive to tourists and always eager to offer you anything you needed. In the room: average room, cleaning was done daily, leaving us a little attention. Special appreciation for Kadir, Ayse, Medina, Fatma, Hatime) The children's entertainment team (Kids Club): the most beautiful children's entertainment team that we have met since we have been vacationing in Turkey, Very many activities and diversified games/shows for the little ones, Congratulations for the dedication and patience that you have shown! Adult entertainment team: Michael / the manager is the soul of the group, he does everything with passion and I think he is an inspiration for his staff members. The Survivor complex games at 12 o'clock were the most attractive. Another interesting thing is the celebration of the birthdays of that day with fireworks and wishes of "Happy Birthday!" Food: Main restaurant: diversified food, special on certain days. I was impressed by the terrace overlooking the pools/sea where I had dinner every day, and in the evening-live music. Snack restaurant: fast food restaurant where we had lunch. One day we managed to have a meal at the Teppanyaki Restaurant: 10 points for the chef The staff throughout the resort are 10 points, very attentive and available to the needs of tourists. The only disadvantage is perhaps the payment which is in stones but it is because of the relief in the area. We didn't need the beach because we had an excellent time at the resort. Zehra (guest relationship) was the perfect person for us during our entire stay. Things to improve:
- warm water at the children's pool,
- luna park/secret garden; I think it would be interesting to return to the facilities for adults: the big panoramic wheel and the electric cars (so that the whole family can enjoy it and not just the children)
- beach (if it's possible to have at least sand and sea app)
Best holiday ever
We spent 10 days at Delphin Deluxe and could have spent another 10 here happily. We have been to Turkey 4 times before, but this was our first time staying at Delphin Deluxe. We don’t have a bad word to say about this hotel it is absolutely incredible. All staff are fantastic and do all they can to make your stay the best. The animation team are the best we have ever seen. Every single one of them work so hard and are just excellent and getting everyone involved. The activities they put on each day are so much fun and we all enjoyed them. The hotel is spotless. They are constantly cleaning day to night. Never saw anything out of place. Around the pool there is a lovely man who comes round cleaning tables and emptying bins and brushing the excess pool water away. The guys on the skates are lovely and get you drinks all day. The food is amazing. Always something for everyone. The restaurant staff all work so hard and are such lovely people. They looked after us every day and our kids loved them. We would definitely come back to Delphin Deluxe and hope to be back soon.
There is a market opposite the hotel on a Friday which we got lots of great bargains at - definitely worth a trip. Only a 2 min walk away (turn left out of the hotel and go down the underpass and you are there).
There is also a shuttle bus every half an hour outside the hotel which takes you to the grand bazaar which also has nice shops. Worth a trip. We found the hotel shops a lot more expensive than these ones.

A Memorable Holiday at Delphin Deluxe Resort – Top-Notch Service and Impeccable Hospitality! We once again had the honor of being guests at the Delphin Deluxe Hotel. It is a place that consistently offers impeccable service and welcomes us with a staff that is always smiling. The hotel maintains the highest standards: cleanliness is simply flawless, and the staff is highly skilled. The food is incredibly diverse and delicious, ranging from fresh seafood to the most delectable desserts. As a constructive suggestion, we would like to recommend that senior management review the evening entertainment program. It urgently needs attention and revitalization, as we felt the Entertainment Manager's program no longer lives up to the hotel's high standards. Otherwise, the entire team was outstanding! We extend special thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Osman, for the flawless organization of our holiday and for his attentive daily presence among the guests. A big thank you also goes to Mr. Alex from Guest Relations for the exceptional care shown to guests; he is a true professional who is always focused on the customer. Congratulations to the Head Chef, Mr. Sadik, for the exquisite and delicious cuisine! Our gratitude also goes to the wonderful team in the restaurants and bars: special thanks to Yunus at the main restaurant, who always welcomed us with a smile and great care. Ni Luh A., the waitress at the Lobby Bar, is extraordinary—always smiling and treating us to the best drinks. At the Secret Bar, Sahin is a true professional who mixes the best cocktails. Last but not least, we greatly appreciate the work of the housekeeper on the 2nd floor, who always arranged our room with such great taste. You are the best! We would love to come back! 🥰

Lovely hotel
Location is very good, atmosphere is great with the entartainment crew, the rooms are always clean and the ladies always make some funny models. The food is very good and diverse.
The best hotel
The experience is superb. I love the staff. They do work so hard to make the experience better for the guests and even if they do work hard, they always put a smile on their faces. The pools are amazing and the sea is just good for snorkeling
