Not a 5- star hotel
Staff barely speak English. Feels like they fo not want to be there. Solid variety of food, but with poor taste or quality. Long queues for pasta and barbecue. Instead of World Cup, entertainment team organised bingo. Minibar poor (picture below); shapoons extreemly deluited. Far below experience we had in Antalya in some other hotels of the same rank. Feels like 3-4 stars hotel.
