The hotel is absolutely massive and offers an impressive range of facilities. Although the building is somewhat dated and certain areas could benefit from renovation, the architecture is truly beautiful and gives the hotel a unique and luxurious character.

What really made our stay special, however, was the exceptional staff and the level of service they provided. This is what truly sets the hotel apart from other luxury resorts we have stayed at in the past. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

We did experience an issue with housekeeping on our first day, as our room had not been cleaned properly. However, our complaint was handled very quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated.

The entertainment and kids’ club teams were fantastic, providing great activities and creating a wonderful atmosphere throughout our stay. The quality of food and drinks was also excellent.

There were, however, two areas that we feel could be improved:

1. À la carte restaurant reservations: Securing a table at the à la carte restaurants was extremely difficult. We tried to book the Greek restaurant on the very first day of our arrival, only to be told that it was fully booked for the next seven days, which was the entire duration of our stay. For a luxury resort of this standard, we feel guests should have a fair opportunity to experience the speciality restaurants during their holiday.

2. Swimming pool temperatures: This was by far our biggest disappointment. The swimming pools were extremely cold, particularly the children’s pool and water play area. Unfortunately, the water was so cold that we were unable to enjoy the pools throughout our entire stay. Instead, we spent all our time at the beach, where even the sea was noticeably warmer than the swimming pools. We really hope the hotel considers heating its pools from the beginning of October, especially the children’s areas, as this would make a significant difference to families visiting during this period.

Finally, a special thank you to Mehmet from the entertainment team, who was fantastic, and to our personal assistants, Mr Murat and Ms Yagmur, who were incredibly attentive, professional and efficient in responding to every request and enquiry. Their outstanding service genuinely made our stay memorable.

Overall, we had a wonderful holiday, largely thanks to the exceptional staff, excellent service and beautiful surroundings. With a few improvements, particularly to the swimming pool temperatures and restaurant booking system, this hotel could offer an even better luxury experience. We would certainly consider returning.

Upon arrival upgraded to classic room with extended balcony & lake view - stunning thou would benefit from sun loungers there to enjoy space. Restaurants where all amazing selections & drinks options best ever had. The 24hr restaurant & bar where great. The shows @nights where like something from Britain's Got Talent! And Oktoberfest was setup brilliantly with something for all the family. Being right on the beach was great for families too. The staff can't do enough for you. Kumsal Öslem & Suleman on skates by the pool kept the drinks topped up & our personal guest relations were in touch daily to help in any way they could - Murat Ÿuksel was particularly of assistance after hubby had a little accident making sure he was doing OK & if we needed anything further. The free games room was also great to pass an hr - thou more bowling lanes would be needed as wait times are long. There is the waterpark aimed at around age 13 & under - but only 1 small baby pool - the rest of pools are deep although inflatables are allowed. The spa treatments where luxury - def worth a visit. Would definitely return.
