Rino Kids Club💞❤️ I want to thank to all staff of Rino Kids that make my children’s holiday best. The team was so kind, they took care and spend wonderful time with them. I hope we will meet again! 🥰😍
Rina Kids Club
WOW!!!! The Kids club at the Mardan palace is amazing! Everything about it was 5*!! Our little boy is 1 years old and every time we came we was made to feel welcome. The facilities for him were fantastic, they had a baby room with toys and books and a little soft play which he loved, especially going up and down the slide. The kids disco and shows they put on were also amazing and great for all ages. Shoutout especially to Marina, Karin and Aidina 💖 All three were so lovely to our little boys always giving him hugs and playing with him, thank you so much for being so friendly and kind. You have made our first family holiday one to remember! ❤️
The entertainment is crazy good!!!
Best resort in Antalya. Entertainment is amazing. Congrats to Mehmet, the darts guy! The evening shows are cooler!! The Survivor activity was fun!!
An Exceptional Stay at Mardan Palace
From the moment we arrived at Mardan Palace, the level of service and hospitality we experienced was truly beyond anything we expected. Every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure that every need of our family was taken care of, no matter how small.
We were incredibly grateful to receive an upgrade to a Family Suite, which was such a wonderful gesture and made our stay even more special. We genuinely cannot thank the team enough for their generosity and kindness.
The food throughout our stay was lovely, with plenty of choice, and the gym and facilities were exceptional. There really is very little we could fault about this hotel.
What impressed us most, however, was the genuine care and attention from the staff. We were even given a personal WhatsApp group so that we could contact the team whenever we needed assistance. This level of personal service made us feel incredibly valued and looked after throughout our entire stay.
It would be impossible to single out one member of staff because every single person we encountered was amazing. Their warmth, professionalism, kindness and willingness to help made such a lasting impression on our family.
A huge thank you to everyone at Mardan Palace for the outstanding service and gratitude you showed towards our family. You truly made our holiday memorable, and we are extremely grateful.
We cannot recommend Mardan Palace highly enough. If you are visiting this part of Türkiye and looking for somewhere special, this is a place we would wholeheartedly recommend.
