Nearly perfect hotel
At the checkin, we got upgraded to a 2-floor suite with a private pool (in Divan Kösk) so that definitely affected our experience and this review 🙂 Overall, we were very happy with the stay, facilities, cleanliness, food, and the staff. The resort's Rino kids/teen club is great and there was plenty of kids for our 10-year old son to play with and lots of activities to do (e.g., football, volleyball, parkour in the pool, shuffleboard). It's a resort and people want to have fun, so don't expect it to be quiet before 23:00-23:30, especially if your room is facing Senat Disco club in the neighboring Kremlin Palace resort (which actually makes for a very poor sleep if the next morning you are getting picked up in the wee hours to go on a day tour). We visited the resort in mid-October and the mosquitos were our biggest problem at night. Bring a mosquito repellent and if you can, one of those portable mosquito-zapping lamps for the room. Yes, the resort provides a mosquito-repellent room freshener (don't forget to plug it in!), but ours didn't repel mosquitoes at all so we had to do bug hunting every evening (because mosquitos would come back in when the staff opens windows while cleaning the room 🙁). If the resort staff is reading this review, please strongly consider getting a mosquito-attracting and -zapping lamp for every room 🙏 Your guests will thank you 🙂 The restaurant is huge and there is plenty of tasty food for all ages (even babies--they provide a hand blender), however vegetarian or vegan food can be somewhat limited. Omnivores will have zero problem, though eating that food for a whole week may get tiresome after a little while. There are other restaurants too but we didn't try them except for the one open overnight (late dinner/early breakfast) and the patisserie/ice cream parlor. The pier by the beach is quite lovely. Oh, and if you are a fan of starbucks, there is one inside and I think it is included (e.g. you won't have to pay extra).

Family Friendly, amazing beach
I like to rate fairly so each star has a reason. 1st star - the bed omg best bed ive slept in 2nd star - the food is amazing here cannot fault it 3rd - the facilties the hotel is huge and the bar on the pier is the most amazing place 4th star is a personal star to a waiter that was lovely to us SERHAT he made us feel so welcome and was just a joy to see each night.
The only reason I removed a star is the shops on site are way to expensive for little things like £14 for a hairbrush, £11 for a chocolate bar £18 for toenail clippers, makes you feel exploited a big, whilst the hotel dont control the prices, they do control who rents so its the only let down.

Beautiful hotel!
Amazing hotel!! Food is incredible, rooms were very comfortable and beds ! I had surgery while staying here and the staff were very friendly and helpful I even see the doctors here and they were helpful towards me when I needed assistance. Serhat who works at the hotel was the best worker I’ve met, so friendly happy and cheerful every time we see him, and always made sure we were comfortable and had drinks! Only downfall I could say is the markets on site at the hotel are extremely expensive for a basic snack or any kind of essential, which was not the best.
Excellent Stay At The Swandor
Beautiful hotel with excellent staff organising bars, restaurants, entertainment and customer satisfaction.
We really enjoyed dinner at all the speciality restaurants.
