very nice hotel, the staff are very good and the nighttime entertainment was amazing.
Amazing hotel and staff
Amazing hotel and all the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Each member of staff were so chatty to our 2 year old and were always so kind to him. So polite to us and the staff make the hotel 1000%. Rooms are cleaned daily if asked too, loads of choice for food in the main restaurant, the beach restaurant does great pizzas and kebabs. So much for our 2 year old to do, one afternoon they had bunch castles and games for the kids. Entertainment in the evening is very good, mini disco our son loved. Only thing that could be better is the rooms are quite thin so can be noisier at night if you have younger kids, otherwise we were so happy and would come back again. Thank you.
Amazing Hotel – Highly Recommended!
We had a fantastic stay at Sharewood Lara in Turkey! 😊 The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the food is delicious with plenty of variety. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The swimming pools are great, the entertainment is fun, and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Everything was wonderful, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. It’s an ideal place for both families and couples. We would definitely love to come back again! Highly recommended and truly deserving of 5 stars!
Pleasant Decor and Helpful Staff, but Lacking Food Variety and Maintenance
Sherwood Exclusive Antalya features pleasant interiors and tasteful decor, even if the exterior architecture appears somewhat dated. While the property creates a welcoming visual impression inside, our overall stay fell short of the five star standard expected of a luxury Turkish resort. The buffet dining was particularly underwhelming. Breakfast lacked essentials one expects at this level. Rather than traditional morning options like hash browns, only standard chips were available, the cereal selection was limited, and the orange juice was served from a carton rather than freshly squeezed. Lunch and dinner buffets suffered from repetitive menus with minimal daily variation. Despite being in Turkey, regional staples such as chicken shish were never served, making the food monotonous very quickly. Housekeeping kept the rooms clean, but fundamental maintenance is an issue. During our first night, our air conditioning stopped working completely. Guest relations responded politely and relocated us to another room. However, while the cooling worked in the new room, the shower was faulty and the water never got hot. Dealing with repeated room defects during a holiday is frustrating, to the point where we simply gave up complaining. The staff members deserve credit for being polite, welcoming, and helpful whenever approached. The shortcomings of this stay clearly stem from operational decisions and facility upkeep rather than the frontline team. Sherwood Exclusive has potential, but until maintenance issues are addressed and buffet quality improves, it struggles to deliver true five star value.
Clean water and beautiful beach
We have stayed in the hotel in September 2026. I don't have any bad comment for this hotel. Everything was apsolutely perfect! We were so many times in Antalya, but relaxing atmosphere in this hotel is like nowhere else. Hotel looks nice. Pools are modern, with a lot of palm trees around pools. Beach is very clean, sandy and sea water is very clean, warm and quite. Food was delicious, with a lot of variuous meals and desserts everyday. Also, there is various choice of drinks. Staff of this hotel make the best part of it - all of them are very friendly, approachable, kind and hard-working. Special kudos for young waiter Umut who served drinks on the beach - he does not stop serving drinks all day with a smile. See you next year!
