Fantastic Hotel
Staying at this hotel now. What a fabulous hotel it is too. The rooms are massive with great aircon and the maids are in daily for towel changes etc All the staff are amazing and friendly. The restaurant food is outstanding and really good quality with loads of choice. Its one of the best AI hotels we have stayed in. The drinks at the bars are branded too (spirits) We will be booking again without a shadow of doubt. Free shuttle bus runs every 5 mins to their own private beach where your Ai continues . Loads of sunbeds too. If your travelling with children this is the hotel for you with onsite slides, fairground rides and child's splash pool. Cleanliness in this hotel is outstanding and aircon throughout the hotel. I could go on and on but ill stop here Do not hesitate to book this hotel its a Gem
Money stolen from room! Poor support from hotel manager/guest relations
Please be careful and lock away all your valuables. Yes we were stupid and thought ours would be safe in a locked suitcase ( 3 digit code) we’d only been there 2 nights when we realised money had been taken (£340) I’m not even sure how secure the safes are as when we did eventually use it, someone had clearly been trying to gain access as when we went to get stuff out it come up with ‘error’ and the staff member tried to blame our children for putting in the wrong code but they hadn’t been any where near it. The Hotel manager and guest relations didn’t care! So unhelpful and no empathy! We felt let down and not listened to and not one apology. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I don’t want anyone else to be a victim of theft like us

INCREDIBLE HOTEL !!!!!!!
Absolutely unreal experience!!!!!!! A nice little walk to the beach and the amazing views. The atmosphere was immense by the pool and in the night. The room was so tidy and extremely clean. The entertainment team was so invested in getting to know guests and was so enthusiastic, friendly and funny.
Family holiday
Really really good hotel 2nd time coming. Entertainment team are class and the pool games are great fun! All the staff really work hard to make it a really fun and pleasent stay. Would definitely return!
