Bit disappointed
Beautiful hotel but quite overwhelming. It’s huge !! Outside areas are lovely, plenty of sunbeds, so many places to sit , eat and drink. Staff are 5*. Always smiling, polite and very attentive. Service around the pool is top notch ! Lots of sitting areas in lobby. Let down for me is the bathroom, cracked tiles on walls, sealant around bath grubby. No plug in sink, bath wouldn’t empty, cleaner left it for two days. We showered with water still in the bottom, ended up fixing it ourselves . We had no view but only slept in room , wasn’t a problem but would of been nice to have one
Fantastic entertainment especially Omar
Stunning hotel reception staff were fantastic and upgraded us. Pool was beautiful with a great entertainment team. We particularly want to thank Omar from the entertainment team and also the young guy that delivered drinks around entertainment area. Omar was very friendly and welcoming and made us smile daily he is an asset for the hotel. I also want to say all the staff in the restaurant were amazing always there was a perfect holiday thank you

Amazing summer holiday
Absolutely amazing hotel! I usually travel to Turkey every summer for my holiday, but this hotel was particularly outstanding.
Everything was perfect — the staff, rooms, facilities, customer service, shows, entertainment team, food, and pools. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and there was always something to enjoy throughout the day. Especially Zonga and Merve . I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great holiday in Turkey. I will definitely be coming back!

Great family holiday
We had a sea view family room on the 7th floor, the view was incredible.
The pool is huge and it has everything you could want for a family holiday, our favourite thing was to jump in to the sea from the pier and go for a swim.
The staff are very helpful, we had an issue with our first room but we were moved immediately and there was no issues. The bar staff were also very friendly and easy to have a chat with. We particularly got on with Magruf and Gunay who worked the outside bar.
The lobby bar lady called Perivan was also fantastic and somehow managed to remember everyone's drink order.
Royal Holiday Palace
The Royal Holiday Palace is a brilliant five star hotel. Excellent facilities and most importantly excellent staff in particular barman Merve and wonderful guest relations Inga who was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel plus the swimming pool and evening entertainments are excellent. Five stars all the way.
