Been twice here not sure I would come back here.
2 nd year staying at the hotel and it’s been lovely again. Food great Staff absolutely unbelievable.
Unfortunately last year was better than this year .
We came back because kids loved it. Water slides etc however this year My 6 year old boy is only allowed on two slides out of the four unless accompanied by an adult . Slides only open 4 hours of the day 10-12 2-4 Pool closes at 6 pm it’s ridiculous. Life guards ruining the run in the pool non stop blowing whistles .
The entertainment team last year was better Bars closing down at beach at 11:30 is also poor.
Entertainment all round needs working on .

Another great holiday to the Ramada. 7th time and still counting. Will be back next may. So glad to see the familiar faces of the animation team, which we have come to call our friends. The welcome we get when they see us is unbelievable. Absolutely love these people. Tolga,who is my absolute favourite. Mary,who is my wife's favourite. Zarina and Roniah are also absolutely brilliant. Yuzin (not sure about spelling) also great. Came out in may and met some great people. Returned in July for our honeymoon. Will be returning next may to meet people we met last may. We keep returning to this hotel because of the great bond that we feel with the animation team. They are a total credit to the hotel. Food great and hotel clean

Nisa, the bartender at the lobby bar, consistently provides outstanding service. She is friendly, polite, and always goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every time we visit, she greets us with a warm smile and creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Her professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service truly make our experience enjoyable. Thank you, Nisa, for always making us feel valued—we look forward to seeing you every time we visit!
Not worth the money / its a gamble
were do i start. this hotel is NOT wort the money - you book you take a gamble . few of the things i will inform you off . 2 many to many to go into fully . ok to start if your english this isnt the place for you . your not made to feel welcome at all. we went to the room after registering on arrival . when we got to the room the door leading to the balcony wouldnt shut at all . the frame was bent and you couldnt lock it . an reporting this they didnt want to know at all . noone even came out . i spoke to the 3 times about this but nothing. eating - well this is a good point . we stayed 2 weeks . every single day the food is exactly the same its a carbon copy . the only chang is the favour of the soup now swimming . if you want to go swimming and get a bed think again . people get up at 3am / 4am to put towels on beds and nothing is done your only ment to be able to reserve beds for 30 mins . this rule is bull in this hotel . there put on early ours they go out for day shopping what ever they want to do come back evening theres a bed there waiting . its a joke . again reported : nothing done reception / relax area there is signs up no smoking vaping again this is ignored totally everyone sits around blowing vape smoke in your face nothing is said at all . only people ive seen then tell is 1 english guy while there was approx 6 Germans around vaping but not a word said . THIS HOTEL IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY. you come here your taking a big gamble
Fantastic holiday
!We had an amazing stay at Ramada Resort by Wyndham Lara Antalya. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine hospitality and kindness by the entire staff.
The service was excellent throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The food was delicious with a great variety every day, and the hotel maintained a very high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
A very special thank you to Aysu from the Guest Relations team. She is incredibly kind, caring, and professional. She was always ready to help with any questions or problems we had, and she handled everything quickly with a smile. Her dedication and outstanding service made our holiday even more memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, delicious food, outstanding cleanliness, and a relaxing holiday. We will definitely be coming back!
