We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at the hotel.
Our room was exceptionally clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The room service was excellent, and the housekeeping staff were always friendly, helpful, and very responsive to our requests.
A special mention goes to Mr. Yaşar, one of the hotel’s guest relations staff. He was genuinely helpful, patient, and sincere in assisting us. He took the time to provide us with useful information and explain the hotel’s activities and facilities. His friendly and attentive approach made a real difference to our stay.
The variety of food was very good, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. The overall quality was also very good, and the barbecue on the terrace was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
Overall, the hotel has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind. The daytime and evening entertainment programs were average and, compared with hotels such as the Kremlin, could have been more varied and engaging.
The seafood restaurant by the beach was, in our opinion, the best restaurant in the hotel’s outdoor area. The food quality was good, and its menu was more appealing and diverse than the other restaurants in the outdoor area.
The lobby café also deserves a special mention, as the quality of its desserts and pastries was truly excellent.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The combination of a relaxing atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms, good food, excellent desserts, and friendly staff made our experience very pleasant. We would definitely be happy to stay here again.
