First trip in Turkey
I am from Hungary. I travelled by plane with my parents and with their friends. Our room is 3329. I like everything in this hotel. I don’t have problem with anything. Service and cleaners are so good. I would live here!!
kids club and activities let it down
We went with 2 adults and 2 children age 3 and 6. we liked the hotel rooms where a bit run down. but cleaning staff amazing and so friendly it was our sons birthday when we went and they made a right fuss, decorated the room bought him a cake! we then went to client relations before this to book a restaurant and to decorate and a cake. the al a carte was closed on the night but they did this in the restaurant for us for 65 euro which i thought was a lot.
the food hall was good your standard buffet, all covered by glass which is good and you have to be served by staff which i understand why, but you don't get the portions your want, like you want a small bit to try and you end of getting a plate full. i could imagine in the peak it would be a nightmare with queues.
Pools where amazing and the lifeguards brilliant with the kids!! pools were quite cold though
the only thing that let this hotel down for us was the kids club.... i personally would of never left my kids there, they could easily wonder out. it was run down dark and dingey, all there was to do was colouring. my 6 year old was to big to play in some of the rooms. the staff were friendly enough but not personable. all the other activities of painting a t shirt they tried to sell you for 15 euro! no other good activities on during the day
and the entertainment really let it down. the disco would end, then they would spend 15 mins handing out the t shirts kids had done in the day. so we assumed it was over... they never said 'hey hang around we have this show on after' we discovered after 3 nights this was the case!! we had rain a couple of nights and kids club got moved and no one had no idea where to so was spent on a wild goose chase trying to find it. also one night they had a Minecraft show my son was really looking forward to. this was on a rain night, and when asked staff we were told it was cancelled. we were then in the lobby and saw some characters coming out and was told it was on in the upstairs bar so we missed it!! think most parents had the same issues as us.
on the whole we liked the hotels and pools and most staff. but just the kids club and entertainment really let it down. we stayed at the swandor last year and the kids club was amazing!! but we wouldn't come back purely on this point.

First time at Miracle , we loved it!
First time at this hotel ,family of 6 in a large family suite including two disabled young people in wheelchairs . The hotel was very accessible for my two boys , including a pool hoist! My younger two children loved the pools and slides! Also has a heated pool which my disabled boys appreciated . Huge variety of activities and entertainment, food was very impressive and lots of choices to chose from . Guest relations were very competent . Would def return to this hotel it ticked all the boxes!

Great stay
From the moment we arrived here we loved it, all the staff here were polite and welcoming, the food was very varied and there was something everyday for our family, the entertainment was great…. Especially Mr Miracle and Micheal Jackson night , we will be back next year, The entertainment team here work really hard to keep visitors happy

Relaxing week
We had a wonderful stay at Miracle Resort Hotel! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and hardworking throughout our holiday.
A special thank you to the Indonesian staff in the restaurant, who provided excellent service every day.
We would also like to give special recognition to the lovely lady driving the little train from the Mini Club team. She did an amazing job all week, always smiling and taking such good care of the children. She truly made our holiday extra special!
Thank you, Miracle Resort, for a fantastic family holiday. We hope to return soon!
