Good but let down by main meals
Our 3rd stay at the Miracle, as we were always impressed with our stay, arrived late, rooms were ready and we managed to get a late night snack, rooms are very clean and well kept, fridges are always well stocked with snacks, soft drinks, water and beer, the pool areas are good the new part their pool area is a lot quieter and chilled than the main area, the beach is also nice and quiet. Fridges all around the hotel have fridges stocked with water. There’s plenty of snacks bars for something to eat during the day. You can have pizza, burgers, hot dogs, fries, etc, the kebab hut is also very good for lunch, breakfast and main meals really let the hotel down, the food set out is all over the place, the choice is fairly poor, the show cooking part which is meant to the main event on the menu was constantly bland food, long queues at all stations, some of the staff serving the food, are miserable, 9 nights in a row chicken and sloopy mashed potato was on the menu. The entertainment is ok, we prefer to sit outside at the bar area, this year was strange as it was constantly in the dark, Hakki the waiter is an absolute legend and can’t help you enough. I’ve noticed at lot of Indonesian young waiters this year they were all pleasant and very good, I did notice some of the Turkish waiters talking down to them which was out of order in my opinion. On my last day I wasnt felling well, so I sat in the main lobby until an over zealous member of staff accused my of failing asleep and vaping as I had my vape on the table, he was extremely rude and ignorant. Overall the hotel is very good, I think some cost cutting has been done with the building of the new part as the main meals have become very poor.

Absolutely beautiful, ignore the negative reviews!
We recently stayed at the Miracle Resort in room 3118 in the swim up block and it was amazing, I will admit I was reluctant to book it after reading some negative reviews online, but I’m glad I went with my gut instinct and booked it anyway! I have to say it was far better than I could have hoped for so if you’re reading negative reviews ignore them as you have nothing to worry about!
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and even offered a free upgrade to a swim up suite with unlimited use of the à la carte restaurants at no extra cost as there had been an issue with the room we had booked! This really made our holiday, The room was modern and spacious and spotless and having our own pool really added an extra touch of luxury to our holiday and meant we could relax without the stress of the dreaded towel run while the kids slept in later in the mornings.
The buffet restaurant was spotless and the food was fresh and delicious, the staff are friendly and work tirelessly under pressure to keep the food fresh and running smoothly. One of the stand outs for me was that the staff serve the food to you from behind glass counters, rather than it being a free for all, which keeps things organised and reduces the chance of contamination and mess.
A special thank you to Batuhan and the team in the à la carte restaurant his lovely service and warm hospitality made our holiday more memorable.
Our family suite was cleaned and the mini bar was restocked daily. We were really impressed by the attention to detail and friendly attitude of Dwika from the housekeeping team, nothing was too much bother for him.
The pool areas and bars and outdoor dining areas are kept spotless at all times and the entertainment team work extremely hard and cater for all ages! The private beach is just stunning too!
Thank you To all at the miracle resort for a wonderful holiday, we will most definitely be returning!

No self serve buffet
Hotel was beautiful and pools area plenty. Loved the pier and the fridge of water.
Very disappointment by the food. I’m not a fussy eater but worst hotel for food. I didn’t like the selection and that was a full . Found it hard because it wasn’t help yourself buffet and some times when asking the portion sizes were very small.
Best part of the hotel was the pool entertainment team who went above and beyond every single day
