I was living in the hotel between june and september 2023. Staff very friendly and manered, big rooms with air conditioning and very clean. The all inclusive system is fabulos, very good food, many choices and fresh. Very big and clean pool, lounge area and the best baclava. For 3 months beeing my home here I can say : BRAVO 🙏
Families avoid this hotel
PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU GOT KIDS!!! I have 2 kids. There is no kids entertainment or activities for kids even though it says it has things for kids. The so called kids clubhouse is turned into a laundry room. I have attached photos. There is no entertainment for kids at all. When asking the staff, they say this is a relaxing hotel. The staff were polite and nice. I can’t complain about that. I am so disappointed I booked this hotel as I have been mis-sold this hotel. I had to go out to keep my 4 year old entertained. Definitely won’t be going back to this hotel
DO NOT BOOK AS A FAMILY - sold as ‘kids club/entertainment’ BEWARE these DO NOT EXIST
Where do I start? The food was great, the hotel clean BUT a TOTALLY mis-sold holiday. As elderly guardians of our 2 grandchildren we specifically agreed to this hotel (hotel was changed by On the Beach) because of Kids Club/Pool snacks & Evening Entertainment. The problem being NONE of these existed even though it was sold to us that they did! So we had to entertain the kids day and night costing us an absolute fortune taking them out! We were exhausted when we got home and applied for compensation! I provided photographic evidence and was treated appallingly. Tired and fed up I finally settled on less than £400! Please please DO NOT book this hotel as a family. The disappointment our grandchildren had after a horrific year was the worse part for us! Diana Lovell
Terrible Experience - Rude and Dishonest Front Desk
I wish I could give this hotel zero stars. We were forced to stay here due to a flight cancellation, and the front desk staff made an already stressful situation worse. They were rude, disrespectful, and completely dishonest about the pricing especially someone called Murad.
Upon arrival, we were quoted one price per night, but the next day, they raised the rate without any explanation or prior notice. When we questioned the change, the staff became defensive and unhelpful, refusing to honor the original rate. Their behavior was unprofessional and left us feeling taken advantage of.
I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. If you're looking for a place to stay, avoid this one at all costs.
Disrespectful and rude staff
It was a miserable experience They have awful communication skills, veryy rude with the guests Especially the staff Murad at the reception he was very unprofessional, shouting and not answering our questions about an abrupt increase in the room price and even refusing to call the manager. I don t recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a very bad experience. I wish i could give this hotel zero stars.
