Don't listen to the bad reviews
Honestly after reading the previous reviews I almost changed accomodation but we were really surprised in arriving. Staff were friendly and room was stunning. We went for the junior suite. There are small blemishes with marks on walls and our bathroom door is messily plastered. The over throw on the bed had a few marks but the actual sheets were fine and the bed very comfy.
We didn't use the spa and the gym is very small but looked clean enough.
The beach bar is open is is a great spot to chill, good drinks though maybe a bit on the expensive side for Turkey. We did experience the flying ants when we first arrived I got bitten but after an hour they disappeared and we didn't see them for the rest of our week there. Stunning swimming and views.
Some stunning restaurants nearby like Dialogue and Ahura, 2 mins walk from the strip with loads of bars and coffee places
All in all really happy with our choice to stay here and would come back

#100 on TripAdvisor for a reason
Yup, #100 on Trip Advisor for a reason. Waterfront location is nice except the "beach" is "closed" one day and no towels the next. Our particular room was very small (and we are accustomed to smaller European style rooms) and the bathroom is cruise ship size. Truly difficult to move in (and we are a small stature couple). The staff is very nice but the rooms need a refresh. Faucets leak, the shower doors won't close, the AC barely cools, the TV is psycho and turns on in the middle of the night. If you get it for a bargain price, you get what you pay for. Still, clean enough and a nice view of the Mediterranean.

This hotel is, in my opinion, no more than a two-star hotel. The rooms are worn and outdated, and the hotel itself feels like a maze, making it quite difficult to find your way around.
When we arrived in our room, there wasn’t even a duvet on the bed. There were no proper glasses either, only plastic cups, which was quite disappointing for a hotel of this standard.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend the hotel itself. The main reasons I would consider staying here are the beach and the club that belong to the hotel — those parts of the property actually felt luxurious and were definitely the highlights of our stay.
Overall, the hotel did not live up to our expectations, especially considering the standard we expected.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Massimo Hotel! Everything was excellent from beginning to end — the hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the service was exceptional.
A very special thank you to Aydin and Eylol, who were incredibly kind, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. They made us feel very welcome and truly made our stay even more special. ❤️

I stayed at this hotel for 1 day and i must say its a very nice hotel with stunning views, everything is close by including the airport. Secondly, the customer service was beautiful, especially gülben, she was excellent and with very good English. Will definitely come back.
