A Beautiful Resort with Amazing Food, Pools and Beach!
A beautiful location with a wonderful atmosphere. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and we were lucky enough to have two bathrooms. The food and cocktails were amazing, and the entertainment was great. The swimming pools were massive, and the beach was easily accessible, with a gentle, easy entrance into the water. Overall, a fantastic place to relax and enjoy a wonderful holiday

WORST EVER EXPERIENCE
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING – NOT A 5-STAR HOTEL! £6,000 WASTED!
Absolutely unacceptable experience. We paid over £6,000 expecting five-star luxury, but the reality was shocking.
Restaurant tables are dirty, plates are not cleared, cutlery is missing, and staff simply ignore guests. Drinks take 20–30 minutes, if they arrive at all. Some bartenders are rude and visibly annoyed when asked to correct an order.
Sunbeds are constantly reserved with towels, and staff do nothing. Rooms are poorly cleaned. Even basic toiletries were missing, and we had to buy our own toothpaste.
Serious safety concerns: slippery floors during rain without warning signs and a damaged lift button with exposed wiring. What if a child touches it?
The entertainment team is uninterested, activities are poorly organised, and staff often turn away when asked for help.
Where is the management? This is nowhere near five-star service. The website creates a completely misleading impression of luxury.
I strongly advise others to spend their money elsewhere. Beautiful buildings cannot hide terrible service.
I will also share my experience on social media so other travellers can see the reality.
Over £6,000 for this experience is disgraceful. Completely unacceptable and NOT RECOMMENDED!

Perfect place for a relax trip. Food was amazing. The staff are very hospitable. Would consider coming back!
Avoid at all costs
Poor food quality rude staff poor hygiene the toilets won't lock in the men's toilet by the pool. Food is cold and bland. Cleaners wake you up by 8 every morning and on check out will pester you to leave early so they can clean even though the check out is 12 midday if your British don't bother they will serve russian and Turkish before you and even some Turkish people complain about the standard of the hotel it is just about 3 star wouldn't say it's a 4/5 star
Not what I was expecting
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights when I was on a business trip in October 2026. My advice - if you are looking for a 5* hotel, look elsewhere.
The restaurant buffet was terrible. Poor choice of lukewarm food and massively overcrowded. Soft drinks are seemingly restricted to Pepsi and orangeade.
The rooms are dated, and the bathroom had cracked tiles and stains in the tub. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was lovely.
Service was mixed. The reception staff, the pool bar staff, and the cleaners were great. The restaurant staff and pub staff not so much. I was ignored several times for long periods, and sneered at by a waitress when I asked for a drink to accompany my meal. She then returned to the staff area and proceeded to point and me, talk about me with her colleagues, before walking as slowly as possible to get me a drink which she aggressively placed on my table.
The pool is nice and well-maintained. The sea is wonderful to swim in.
Would I go back? No, never.
