Lovely week away
Currently on our last day here and we are sad to be leaving. We have come as a family of 2 adults and a 2 yr old. Our little one has had such a fantastic time here. He has been really well catered for. The play area has been great, he's been in to play indoors in the kids club area, supervised by ourselves, which was a great space and he has really enjoyed himself on the smaller children's slides and splash zone. I was impressed with the splash zone as it is a hard floor, instead of a shallow pool area, which has been great for him. We've enjoyed the entertainment, the little bit we've seen. We've enjoyed visiting the goats and chickens and sitting at the beach bar having an ice cream and a drink. We have found the snack bar to be fine but haven't eaten at the waffle place or beach bar. Food has been nice, with plenty of choice. We have never struggled to find anything to eat. The room has been perfectly sized for what we've needed, with a pool area view. Staff have been pleasant. We wanted to keep the room on our check out day, however the cost wasn't suitable for when we actually needed the room for the little one, so haven't bothered. Nezir has been great fun to talk too around the pool areas and stage area. Always got a smile on his face and a spring in his step. He's been great with the kids too. Or Marti or Gino as he's been known! Overall, we've had a lovely week away and would return. Thanks!
Nice but not 4* / strict waterslides rules ruin kids holiday
Just returned from a week stay. Nice hotel to walk around lovely pools etc but 5 year old left disappointed on first day as the waterslides have very strict 120cm height restrictions! Been to Turkey 20+ times and never known a hotel to have such strict rules in place. He normally goes on slides and deep pools wearing his swim jacket which keeps him a float and helps him swim but this hotel says forbidden, very bizarre. These rules weren’t stated anywhere when we booked and if we’d have known this we wouldn’t have booked here. The hotel shop is the biggest rip off I’ve ever seen so make sure you don’t forget to pack anything as the shop charges 30 euros for pretty much everything!! The nearest shops and markets are about 30 minute walk away so the hotel exploits this. Food in hotel is great plenty of choice. Rooms are very dates and not great size wise for a family of 4, 2 pull down beds not ideal. The balcony is small and has no light. Beach is lovely. Staff overall very friendly and the entertainment team do a great job but we won’t be returning here I’m afraid.

Great place for family vacation
Our stay at IC Green Palace & Villas was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt truly welcomed and cared for.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Reception Team, especially ms Tugce Karli, for the warm welcome, professionalism, and willingness to help with every request. The organization of sleeping space was done very quick and professional.

Amazing time
Had an amazing time and sorry to be leaving in the next few days. Excellent food and staff in the hotel. The entertainment team do a great job too, especially Nezir and the darts squad.
