5 stars. Worth staying with young kids/family!
Spent 12 nights at this resort with my wife, 4 year old and 4 month old in September 2026. We can only say very good things. Here are some highlights:
- Food: quality was seriously impressive and had lots of variety. We were surprised how good almost everything tasted. We've been to many all inclusive resorts in Turkey, Antalya and others, this one trumps them all. There could be more variety for kids specifically but that would be picking at straws. There is a dedicated kids section in the buffet restaurant where you can find kids milkshakes, yoghurt, baby powder (aptamil), microwave and sterilising machines.
- Kids entertainment: apart from Sunday, every night there is a mini disco and then a kids show with lots of well known children's cartoon characters.
- Evening shows/entertainment for adults: very impressive, lots of acrobats and action theatre productions. Those alone would go some way to paying for themselves within the price you pay to stay here.
- Pool: clean and very entertaining. Lots of music and entertainment (water polo, water aeroboics/spin) - always felt like something was on. If you aren't interested then there were other pools that are a lot quieter.
- animation team were great and always around conducting sessions during the day. Special mention to the whole team.
- Rooms: we stated in the main hotel and our room was fine. Yes it felt a little dated but that was not a major concern for us. Its there for sleep and having a wash.
- Service: there were a few occasions we needed support at our room from housekeeping or maintenance and they were always super quick to arrive and help with what was needed. 5 stars.

Lovely stay
We are currently sat at the airport for our return flight home with two very sad children who didn’t want to leave, we have just stayed here for 10 nights & can’t find much to fault. Firstly I’d like to give all my praise to staff member Baris, he was absolutely brilliant especially with my children, extremely polite & very very hard working. My children looked forward to every meal time because of him, he’s an absolute superstar. The rooms were a little dated, but still kept clean and tidy always, it actually fell on my partners birthday while we were out there and the hotel staff left a cake, a bottle of wine & did some nice designs with the towels as a surprise which was really lovely. The children loved the water slides, they had a great mixture. Beach was a nice short walk away, it’s nice to have a choice to come away from the main pools, the children’s pools with small slides or the beach. Food was nice, nice options. However some people need to learn personal space & to wait their turn! The entertainment wasn’t really for us, however it didn’t effect our holiday as we have two young children. All in all we had a great stay here and do Reccomend. Thank you for a lovely holiday & beautiful memories made with our children.
Unprofessional staff, verbal abuse, and poor management!
Terrible experience and extremely unprofessional staff during our stay in Room 3037 on September 7, 2026! One of the staff members behaved completely inappropriately and even insulted me by using abusive language ("şerefsiz" / profanity) towards me. When I reported this serious issue to the hotel reception and the management (Hakan), they all tried to sweep it under the rug with a fake apology and refused to take real disciplinary action or provide any assurance. This traumatizing incident deeply affected the emotional well-being and psychological peace of my wife and my two young daughters, completely ruining our stay. Avoid this place completely if you value your dignity and safety!"
