Greenwood Suites Resort

Family of 3 spending a week here for the October school break, have to say the drive into the hotel doesn’t do it justice. The staff were amazing especially the bar teams very friendly, a special shout out to Akif from guest relations who made our last few hours in the hotel that much better, with a noon check out and possibility to extend our room with a 9pm transfer pick up we were dreading a long day but after a chat with him about our stay he managed to secure a room for us until 7pm which was amazing. Thank you for your wonderful service!

Mahesh Joshi Outstanding hospitality, exceptional service and a truly wonderful team! We would like to give our highest praise to the entire team at Greenwood Resort, Antalya, for making our stay such a fantastic experience. A special shout-out to Chef Shemu, who was simply excellent. He took great care of us, organised everything so thoughtfully and went out of his way to provide us with delicious vegetarian meals. His attention, kindness and dedication made us feel very special as guests. We would also like to recognise the excellent work of the housekeeping team, the welcoming reception staff, the helpful information desk team and Aki, who provided wonderful service. Every member of staff contributed to making our holiday relaxing, enjoyable and memorable. It is clear that the team takes great pride in looking after its guests. The genuine care and personal attention we received made all the difference. Greenwood Resort is lucky to have such a fantastic team. Thank you, Chef Shemu, Aki and everyone who looked after us. You made our stay memorable for all the right reasons, and we would love to visit again!
