This place is so worth it for the money. The staff are very peasant. It's clean, food is great and the facilities are amazing. I would definitely return.

Thank you so much to the kids club at grand park Lara, absolutely amazing with the kids and couldn’t ask for a better service while on holiday. Special thanks to Rabia for always being amazing and being my girls favourite!!
absolute terrible food do not go very busy basic rooms
this hotel is the worse i've ever stayed in booked a standard room but didn't realise you have to get a deluxe room to get a balcony so had to pay an extra £290 when arrived.for deluxe room dread to think what standard room looked like even the coffee is disgusting been here 2 days gone for 6 meals in both restaurants and food is absolutely disgusting breakfast the beans are just tomato soup with about 3 beans in the porridge is just milk with a few grains of rice everything's cold and tasteless lunch and evening meals are terrible we're not fussy eaters but 2 of us havnt been able to eat a single meal never any clean tables just ended up with abit of cheese and bread. very busy lots of kids no where to sit when entertainment on can't even watch a n english tv channel as tv freezes and constantly repeats had to call rep to ask to be moved it's so bad paid £1800 for a week all inclusive i wouldn't recommend coming here at all it's just surrounded by bizarre shops no nice bars or restaurants

I was so stressed when i tried to check in on mobile and Easyjet instructed we go on website. Sofiya , guest relations was exceptional. She took me through downloading our passes, and printing them off. Sofiya thank you so much for all your help. Sofiya was so professional, a good communicator and her English was excellent and her tone so reassuring and calm. Much appreciated
