The hotel itself is amazing, staff are very attentive and try their best to understand. Ferhat the manager downstairs was incredibly friendly and helpful, Ferhat would make us laugh every time we saw him which is always a treat. TIM at reception is hands down the nicest person we've ever met and talking to him was always fun and helpful. TIM made us feel very welcome and helped us a lot. The hotel was very clean, the food was okay but expensive compared to other restaurants. There is not much in close proximity except one shop that preys on tourists with very inflated prices (pretty sure he overcharged us on every purchase looking back.) Recommended you have £100 for taxis to get you to and from for the week they are not that expensive and you'll need them to get to any sort of populated area. The bar staff couldn't do enough to help you and the frozen drinks had us addicted (non alcohol). Be back in 3 months as it was a dental stay but can't wait to return
The hotel cancelled 1 day before !

Very disappointing experience.
I booked and fully paid for 2 rooms at this hotel for two families travelling with children. We were supposed to check in the following day, but just one day before our arrival I received a notification that my reservation had been cancelled, even though I had not cancelled or changed anything.
I contacted Hotels.com to find out what happened, and they informed me that the reservation had been cancelled without any valid reason. This was extremely frustrating, especially because everything had already been paid for and we were travelling with children.
When I contacted the hotel, I was simply told to contact Hotels.com. I understand that the booking was made through Hotels.com, but I expected the hotel to show more responsibility and make an effort to help resolve the situation instead of just referring me elsewhere.
Cancelling a fully paid reservation at the last minute and leaving two families without accommodation caused a lot of stress and inconvenience.
I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled. A hotel should take care of its guests and try to find a solution, especially when families are travelling and arriving the next day.
I hope the hotel improves its communication and customer service in the future.
Amazing
I’ve just come back from here I had some dental work done the clinic I used wasn’t too far, I brought my daughter out with me who’s 12 she had the best time and made the most of it.. although I was in pain I enjoyed the stay here everyone was so lovely and it’s very relaxing, the cleaners were amazing they brought fresh water up to our room daily the breakfast was also nice, there’s a shop right next to the hotel which was very handy I met some lovely people and I felt my daughter was safe if I needed to take some time to rest, there’s a games room which we used a lot we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back in October.

Never go to this hotel
Dirty hotel. Horrible experience. They ruined my entire trip. I had to change rooms twice and in both rooms the jacuzzi was dirty. When I turned it on, stuck dirt came out of the jets. I developed pimples, which I believe were caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria. I checked out early, and they are refusing to refund my money. They took my bank details and promised a refund, but I have never received it. They are liars.

Bad service
Overall, our stay was good. The hotel was clean, the rooms were well maintained, and housekeeping did a great job. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff we interacted with were generally helpful.
However, we had a very disappointing experience with the air conditioning during the night. The AC appeared to be turned off from the hotel’s side multiple times. We called reception around 3:00 AM, and they turned it back on, but it was switched off again shortly afterwards. We called several more times, but eventually our calls were no longer answered.
As a result, we had an uncomfortable night and were unable to sleep properly until the morning. This continued until around 10:00 AM and significantly affected our stay. While the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel were good, this issue with the air conditioning and the lack of response from reception left a negative impression.
