Delphin Palace

We arrived as a family of 3 about 7pm we checked in straight away and were given a drink of choice on our arrival , first impressions of hotels were “wow” it’s beautiful, allocated the room 3101 we made our way to said room where we were met with our suitcases that were taken for us , the room was amazing spotlessly clean and with side sea view , mini bar was well stocked and the beds were so comfortable, we always managed to find a sunbed and although certain people do reserved them you will have no problem finding a bed , the pools are great really warm and the waterparks are excellent my boy spent hours every day in them , all the toilets in this hotel are very clean and that includes around pool/beach , the snacks were excellent def recommend the pizza and jacket potato, the drinks are first class from the cocktails in the evening down to the beers you help yourselves from fridges great idea cuts que time down , the pier is lovely with a good bar on it , the food we found in main restaurant in our opinion didn’t quite match the rest of our hotel experience plenty of choice but just lacked that something special , plenty of à la cartes to enjoy though , overall we would definitely comeback to this hotel but with so much choice in the surrounding area it would be criminal not to try somewhere else, shops just a 2 min walk from hotel staff were excellent especially the roller skate boys/girls around pool , thank you Delphin Palace ❤️

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It’s incredibly modern, the rooms are beautiful, and everything is kept spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, and the pier is a real highlight, with a lovely bar where you can relax and enjoy the views.

One feature we really appreciated was the self-service drinks fridges located throughout the resort. Being able to help yourself to drinks without having to queue at the bars was a great touch and made the experience even more enjoyable.

There is plenty of entertainment available across different areas of the resort, and the animation team work tirelessly to ensure there are always fun activities and events taking place throughout the day. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely couldn’t do enough to help. The selection of drinks was also excellent, with a wide variety available, including imported spirits.

One suggestion that would make the guest experience even better would be to introduce a hotel app showing daily entertainment schedules, times, and locations. Alternatively, regularly updating the hotel’s social media channels with this information would make it much easier for guests to keep track of what’s happening.

Aqua Serenity Park is a beautiful venue with lots of potential. As it’s such a large space, it would be great to see more evening shows held there. Currently, there is only one evening show each week shared between both the Palace and Imperial hotels, and we feel this fantastic venue deserves to be used more often.

Overall, this is a truly luxurious hotel that delivers a genuine five-star experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing holiday.
