Excellent

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our big family and truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, the location was very convenient, the rooms were always clean and comfortable, and the swimming pools were excellent. We would also like to express our special thanks to Yıldız from the Guest Relations team. She went above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable by organizing a beautiful birthday celebration for us at the hotel. We are truly grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and care. The hotel is especially perfect for families with children. There are plenty of activities and facilities for kids, making it a great place for a family vacation.

Beautiful Hotel

First time to turkey and this hotel did not disappoint. Beautiful grounds/pools/restaurants. Many sunbeds so no sunbed wars in the mornings. Rooms as adequate, we did not pay extra for upgraded rooms. We had a young child with us and after reading some reviews before we booked we booked the strip view instead of pool view (scroll to other reviews to see why) The only thing that lets the place down is the workers who walk round and annoy you regarding spa treatments/family photos. I dont mind that they do this but at least have a system where one person is allocated a pool area for the day, because there is a handful of them i had all 3 of them approaching my sunbed, its very annoying when your trying to relax! Just give me a leaflet and be on your way! Although the spa is absolutely beautiful, i had a lovely pedicure there and my husband had the best massage hes ever had in his life! Food was great, nothing to complain about food wise! Clean and tidy. And very good for children! They have their own little fairground!! Entertainment was ace!

An Incredible Experience – 10/10!

The Delphin Be Grand Hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a truly premium hotel, and every aspect of our stay reflected that. The staff were exceptional. They were always ready to help and treated every guest with the same level of care and attention. Service never felt selective—it was consistently outstanding for everyone. A special mention goes to the Reception Manager and the À La Carte Manager, Turgut. They didn't just listen to feedback—they took action. They genuinely went out of their way to make sure we were happy and resolved any issues quickly. That's something you don't often experience, as many hotels simply apologise and say there's little they can do. The managers throughout the hotel were fantastic, and I can honestly say the service was even better than what we've experienced at Rixos. The à la carte restaurants were excellent. Every meal was delicious, and the service in each restaurant was first class. One thing we really appreciated was the abundance of sunbeds. There was no mad rush to reserve them early in the morning. Whenever we went to the pool, there were always plenty available, and the area was spotless. Staff were constantly cleaning and clearing up after guests. The variety of food outlets throughout the day was incredible—you'll be spoilt for choice. The patisserie was exceptional, and the Delphin chocolates were of premium quality. I genuinely cannot fault this hotel. Given the price we paid, we expected something grand, and it absolutely delivered.A couple of things I think could be improved is the evening buffet. Although there were themed nights, they didn't really feel very different, and the selection seemed quite similar each evening. The Gala Night was the only one that felt truly special. That said, I appreciate that during the day there are numerous outdoor food stations offering a huge variety, and in the evenings guests also have access to free à la carte restaurants. Breakfast, however, was outstanding—the fresh juices were a real highlight.

Also, noticed outside workers wearing gloves providing fruit/food to people were also cleaning up but were not changing gloves. Once they finish clearing up, gloves should have been changed before handling food.

Overall, this was a fantastic holiday, and I wouldn't hesitate to return. A well-deserved 10/10!

TripAdvisor Review
Great hotel but could be even better..

We went beginning of July and it was hot, but everything was air conditioned, and plenty of shady areas and close to the airport too. I base this review after staying in the last couple of few years, in Turkey: Hilton dalaman, Delphin imperial and Rixos Belek.

Pros: Large resort but well laid out, it’s easier to get around than Delphin imperial. Water slides are suitable for all ages. Larger slides you must be taller than 125cm but lazy river you can be under if with someone taller. Buffet food is very good, they cook meat and fish very well with an excellent selection of salad. À la carte restaurants we tried 4 and the Lebanese and Mexican, was nice but the Turkish was truly excellent. Very good, a must do when staying here. That staff are very friendly, obviously there’s a lot of staff but some are very good and will remember your name and preferences which is a nice touch. They have a pool in a shady area which is nice when it gets too hot, and they also have a heated pool which is nice if you like warmer pools, as they have a few large pools there’s a pool type for everyone. Including quite adult pool to a pool with music etc. Rooms are a good size and staying with three people it’s nice they had one large double bed and a smaller double bed instead of a fold up bed. Complimentary late check out instead of 12 we were able to stay until 2 which was really helpful. Great selection of options on site, with various bars, coffee shop, fresh juice, lamb and chicken doner, Turkish jacket potato, dessert shop, fast food stand, chocolate shop and so on. Pool party once a week which is very good and a lot of fun. Candyland once a week which is nice for the kids. Kids club had a range of activities that keep kids wanting to return. Activities all day long for anyone wanting to do pool games etc. A few nice branded alcohol drinks as well, like Jack Daniels and Jonnie walker etc. Right on the beach and has a bar on the peer which has live music sometimes. Fun fair on site for the kids which they really like too. Close to shops outside the resort which was very handy. Customer/guest relations when you do speak to them are very helpful and accommodating.

Cons: They don’t really care you’ve stayed in a Delphin resort before so no benefits of return custom loyalty. After spending a lot to go to this trip it feels like they are trying to make money off you constantly, and not just charge you but over charge you when a lot of things you can get from the shops across the road or would be included in other hotels. The night entertainment isn’t that good, they go for quantity over quality, they will have 20 dancers on stage doing a routine instead of a good quality singer or entertainer. Times are too varied you may want to go to the fair and see live music on the peer (for example) but both are on limited times and on at the same time. À la carte booking is terrible you need to be downstairs at a machine queuing up before 9am (it opens at 9am) to get an à la carte booking the next day. They need to open more restaurants and have guest relations personally booked you the restaurant. Sun beds can only be reserved after 8.30am, which is fine, but you will find come after 9am you will struggle to get a good sunbed in a good spot. You will find a bed somewhere but if you get down at 11.00 you will struggle to find one anywhere when the hotels busy. There needs to be more consistency in food and entertainment. For example one 24 hour restaurant would be very handy not just everything opening at different times. They also need a walk in à la carte that doesn’t need a booking like other hotel have. Also if they had entertainment that was consistent for example if you knew everyday there was live music/DJ on the beach from 3-7 and a live band on the peer 9.00-12 it would have people in a more relaxed routine instead of guess work. There’s a piano the inside lobby and it’s not played, there should be indoor entertainment every evening for the people wanting to sit inside also like other hotel do. The Chinese restaurant should be so much better, they really need a Chinese chef, and it was a bit odd limiting us to how many dishes we was allowed to order as well, we only wanted to order one extra dish and ‘we wasn’t allowed’. We didn’t even realise so that was a bit embarrassing and at the same time unnecessary. The lobby is dated and needs a good upgrade, the chandelier is very dusty and you see that every day going up and down the escalator, there’s a water fountain not on in the lobby. The indoor pool isn’t on in the summer and other hotels it’ll be on because it’s too hot outside people may want to swim inside. The club is also closed in the summer. The arcades charge you, when other hotels it’s all included. Towel cards and all inclusive bracelets feels dated and like you’re in a cheaper resort.

Now saying all this it’s more in how the hotel could be improved as I would happily return.

Observations and advice, guest relations and management should stay at other hotels to learn from each other.

For guests, Delphin imperial has more water slide selections, takes longer to walk around and more spread out in Delphin imperial, and the lobby and whole hotel is much more luxurious in Delphin imperial. I felt that Be Grande is definitely laid out better, the staff are more personal and involved, the pools are slightly better.

For those comparing the two, easier to get around Be grande, the imperial is more luxurious (decorated only I mean by this). They are both basically the same hotel. For example I’d rather go back to be grande by my wife would rather the imperial so it would come down to personal preference but there’s not much between the two overall.

Overall excellent hotel lots to do, especially for kids, very good food, good drinks some nice entertainment including day time and live entertainment. Their party night was good too. If you know how to enjoy yourself anyone would enjoy it there, and great for families and large groups also.
