Here we come !!!
Looking forward to our family holiday! 🌞🇹🇷 We’re a family of 5 and will be arriving at Crystal Centro Pearl Collection, Antalya on 18th August for a 10-night stay. We’re really looking forward to our holiday and experiencing everything the hotel has to offer. The hotel and facilities look fantastic, and the kids are especially excited about the pools and water slides! 🏊♂️🌴 We’ll be staying in a family suite and are counting down the days now. Once we’re back home, I’ll be leaving a full and honest review of our experience to hopefully help other families considering staying here. See you soon, Crystal Centro Pearl! 😊☀️

Good & Bad points
I think overall its good value for the money paid, plenty of pool spaces, great various of depths for children, rooms and the cleanliness are excellent, the interior cleanlimes is exceptional, outside not so much, pool areas are not cleaned efficiently enough, no issues with the food choices in the buffet restraunt or al a carte's even if it was mostly repetetive, my daughter was in and out of the kids club and all the team were very friendly with varied events that my daughter enjoyed. The Neach was good and we.made use of the cabanas which were a decent price for the daily use. I have 2 major issues that would need to be addressed, firstly on 2 occasions around 1 of the 110 pools 2 seperate families thought it was okay for their young boys to stand and urinate in the pool? The mothers and fathers assisted in helping the boys on both occasions? We couldnt believe what we were seeing in full view of everyone including the 2 life guards who didn't bat an eye lid, which tells me this is a common occurence? I brought this to the attention of guest relations who were horrified to hear this and told me they would address the staff accordingley. My only other gripe is the calibre of the night shows, mostly it was a DJ set with music amd lights and the odd dancers? The seating didnt help which was so uncomfortable and speaking to other guests they said the same. Their seems to be very little bar staff as well generally only 1 but at the most 2 serving behind the bars day and night so there was always a wait which for the nightime shows was ridiculous could easily be 15 minutes before getting served.

Unfortunately one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in antalya i would give it a zero. They ruined out holiday , can you imagine a room in Antalya with no AC this is whats happening with us . Its still our first day and the AC issue is not solved , the bathroom is leaking . Dont know about the food as we have no appetite to try their food . Looking forward the holiday to finish and going back home.
Outstanding Family Stay at Crystal Centro Hotel, Antalya
We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Centro Hotel, which truly deserves 5 stars. The customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and always helpful across the buffet, beach, and pool areas. The 24/7 all. inclusive food and drinks were excellent with great variety and quality. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended for a relaxing, well-serviced family holiday in Antalya. 5 stars well deserved.
My Vacation in Crystal Centro hotel
One of the perfect family hotels in Antalya, the location is perfect and many shops on the sides of the street if you decide to have a short walking for 5 minutes. But it will take only half an hour by Taxi to the city center( old city). Perfect for families and kids as the do kids festivals on the pool and night activities in their theater and they give gifts and medals for the kids. There is a pool for the kids with many sliders and also areas for kids for many activities. The beach is great with many sun beds with many empty areas any time. The food is great too. You can find different food and drinks all around the hotel. The main restaurant is wonderful and every day will find different varieties of food on breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have all kinds of food which make everyone happy even kids. The Animation team is great and they gathering the families in many games. And i would thank Mustafa, Ozan, and halil for makes all the guests happy in the games. All the staff is friendly and the will do their best to help and serve you. Bars everywhere in the hotel and wherever you go you will find one nearby. Rooms are perfect and they clean well. But unfortunately i did not get a sea view room even i told them i can pay for upgrades but the said that the hotel is full. My floor No. Is 0. So dont take it. There is a shop in the hotel and you can find everything you imagine. For me i give this hotel 5+ stars.
