Our stay at Sera Club Hotel was disappointing.
- Poor cleanliness in the rooms and common areas.
- Bad smell from the ventilation system due to sewage odor.
- Very limited meat dishes in the restaurant.
- Weak and poorly stocked minibar.
- Staff service was below expectations.
- Beds were old and uncomfortable.
Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, food quality, and customer service.
Having 10 days holidays in a perfect all inclusive resort
Fabulous service and perfect food quality, I also enjoy the atmosphere. It really worth spending the best trip in here.

All was amazing, animation is top. Thanks Omae for a nice time with darts. It was much fun☺️ Bocca also amazing, Veronika was so friendly and it was nice ☺️
Great service and a beatiful hotel
Had a really nice stay at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were always helpful and made us feel welcome. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. Would definitely stay here again.
