The wet & wild is amazing . The staff in the kids club were brilliant with my daughter. She enjoyed spending time there taking part in the activities

The rooms were very clean , the atmosphere was amazing, the activities were fun and at the mini disco different languages were spoken so all the kids and other people could understand and there were different songs in all different languages.The location was also nice because it was close to the beach
Misleading room photos on Hotels.com
Booked a Family Room through hotels.com / Expedia and the photos clearly shows a separate lounge but we were given a room without a separate lounge. When asking for the room in the photos, the hotel has said there is nothing they can do / they cannot change the room. Seyed from guest services was amazing in trying to help. Rami at reception was totally unhelpful and unempathetic
