Everything about the hotel was amazing, atmosphere, Food, rooms, cleaningness, workers. If you’re looking for somewhere to have a peacfull and at the same time top quality experience, defenitely suggesting it.

We have just returned from an absolutely wonderful stay at Rixos Downtown Antalya, and we would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our holiday truly unforgettable.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. No matter where we were in the hotel, everyone was attentive, smiling and always ready to help. The level of hospitality is simply outstanding.

One of the biggest highlights of our stay was definitely the food. The buffet selection is absolutely incredible! There is an amazing variety of dishes, but what impressed us even more was the quality. It is very rare to find a hotel offering such a wide selection without compromising on freshness and taste. Every meal was a pleasure.

We stayed in room 322, which offered a breathtaking view overlooking Antalya’s iconic stadium, the Mediterranean Sea, and the hotel’s fantastic facilities including the tennis courts, football and basketball courts, golf area and Kids Club. Waking up to that view every morning was simply amazing.

Everything has been designed with the guest’s comfort in mind. One feature we absolutely loved was being able to order drinks and cocktails directly from our sunbed by simply scanning a QR code. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had so many cocktails in my life 😂, and every single one was delicious!

Communication throughout our stay was excellent. The hotel even uses an AI assistant available 24/7 to answer guests’ questions, making everything incredibly easy and convenient. For more personalized requests, the Guest Relations team was exceptional. A very special thank you goes to Ceyla M., who was always kind, professional and incredibly helpful. She assisted us with every request, including arranging our reservation at the Teppanyaki restaurant.

The Teppanyaki dinner was one of the highlights of our holiday. The chef was not only extremely talented but also funny, entertaining and engaging. Both the children and the adults had an unforgettable evening filled with laughter, incredible food and an outstanding show.

For our final evening, we enjoyed dinner at the Sense Seafood Restaurant, and once again the experience exceeded all expectations. The seafood was beautifully prepared, full of flavour and presented perfectly. It was the perfect way to end our holiday.

We also made use of the shuttle service to The Land of Legends. Everything was perfectly organized, with convenient schedules and great flexibility. We highly recommend visiting the park—it was an unforgettable experience for both our children and ourselves.

I would also like to thank every single employee who contributed to making our stay so special—from the amazing roller-skating waiters around the pool, to the restaurant and bar staff, the housekeeping team, the reception staff, and everyone working behind the scenes. Every single person played a part in making our holiday even better than we had imagined.

Without a doubt, this has been one of the best holidays we have ever experienced, and it is entirely thanks to the incredible people working at Rixos Downtown Antalya.

We are already planning to return next year, this time with even more members of our family because we want them to experience this exceptional hotel as well.
