From the moment you step through the doors they make you feel special staff are friendly always with a smile on their faces Mahamed in the buffet restaurant was lovely out cleaner room 343 was spot on rooms are clean spacious it was my husband 60th while there and all staff said happy birthday to him We participated in some activities jewellery making and pottery painting which was fun stunning coastline within easy within easy walking to old town Antalya but a taxi is only 350try Rixos you’ve been memorable and I will be back x
Amazing hotel in Antalya
This resort completely redefines what a 5-star all-inclusive should be! As a couple in our 30s, the location near Old Town was great, but the resort itself was so good we barely wanted to step foot outside. The food options were endless and top quality. Having premium branded spirits included made a massive difference, and free Starbucks at the outside coffee bar was a huge bonus! A special shout-out to Head Chef Deepeesh Sharma, who went out of his way to arrange a private, off-menu Indian dinner for the two of us—true 5-star hospitality. Rooms were spotless (cleaned twice a day with a daily restocked fridge), the bar staff were brilliant, and having unlimited Land of Legends passes with free shuttle service included in the package was the cherry on top. 10/10 service across the board—highly recommend!

It was the best time ever! Fantastic service and such a caring attitude. The food was delicious, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and carefully maintained. The management and their team are doing an outstanding job. Everything was wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I had a wonderful stay at Rixos Downtown Antalya. My renovated room was beautifully designed, with stunning views, an extremely comfortable bed and excellent pillows. The hotel grounds are immaculate, beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean.
Location & Surroundings
The location is fantastic, particularly if you enjoy beautiful scenery and outdoor activities. A convenient lift takes you directly down to the stunning Konyaaltı Beach area, perfect for jogging, cycling or a leisurely stroll. Just a 5–10 minute walk away are beautiful clifftop bars and restaurants offering spectacular views of the Mediterranean and distant mountains.
The hotel’s bike rental service is particularly handy, with Antalya’s charming Old Town (Kaleiçi) only a 15–20 minute cycle away.
Exceptional Staff & Dining
The staff truly make this hotel special. Everyone is incredibly warm, friendly and attentive. As a vegetarian with gluten-free dietary requirements, I was especially impressed by how the team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Special thanks to Kübra, Uğur, Seda, Derya, Deepesh (chef), Emina (chef) for their outstanding hospitality.
The drinks and lounge areas are fantastic, providing a lovely atmosphere to relax and unwind.
Spa & Facilities
The Anjana Spa is excellent — relaxing, spotlessly clean and offering high-quality treatments. A wonderful place to unwind after exploring Antalya.
Booking Experience
I booked through Booking.com and really appreciated the combination of AI-powered assistance and access to a real person to help with requests. A fantastic additional service.
Minor Improvement
The only minor issue was the shower waste trap, which seemed to block quite easily. Nothing significant, but something that could be improved.
Overall
A beautiful hotel in a superb location, with excellent facilities, breathtaking surroundings and genuinely outstanding staff. The attention to detail and hospitality made my stay particularly memorable. I would happily return and highly recommend Rixos Downtown Antalya!
