Pacco Boutique Hotel and Spa

There is NO non-smoking rooms. So, all of them smell cigarettes. There is an ash-tray in each room(I’ve been in three). The smell is on bed, furniture, curtains. There is nothing you can do about it. It just smells like people have been smoking there for months.

The room was comfortable and the shower room spacious. There was plenty of hot water which is not always the case in November. Good position right opposite the beach. The breakfast was adequate but ok for the room price. The reception staff were helpful but our key card kept not opening the door. The hotel name is misleading. There is no spa. I went down to the basement and was met by two very unpleasant staff members who made me feel very unwelcome. There is just a hamam and sauna. No robes and had to ask for a towel and slippers. They didn’t want to give me slippers. It is very dark and the hamam is next to the open door to the hotel boiler room, so not relaxing. I had a sauna which was fine then went into the hamam which was cold. I stayed about two minutes and questioned one of the miserable staff who didn’t speak much Turkish and no English. They told me with a shrug that the hamam was not working. If she had told me that in the beginning, I would have not bothered staying down there. The receptionist said that they had had other complaints about the staff downstairs. Why not do something about it.

I had a truly wonderful experience at the Reo Hotel Spa in Antalya! The spa facilities were spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a calming atmosphere with relaxing music. I enjoyed the hammam and massage the most — they were both exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. They even offered a lovely herbal tea after my treatment, which made the experience feel even more special. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Thank you to the whole spa team for such an unforgettable experience!
