Such a great stay in Antalya!
I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. It has a very positive energy and a lovely atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.
The service was one of the highlights of my stay. Everyone I met was polite, friendly and professional. The reception team made everything easy, the check-in was quick, and they were happy to explain the hotel facilities and answer any questions. The same level of hospitality continued throughout the hotel, from security and bell service to housekeeping, restaurants and bars.
My room was clean, comfortable and well looked after every day. The hotel in general is very well maintained, and I especially liked the interior design, the choice of colours and the overall style of the property.
There is always something available when it comes to food and drinks. The restaurants offer good food, and throughout the day you can easily find snacks, desserts and drinks in different areas of the hotel.
Another thing I really appreciated was how approachable the staff were. They communicate well in English, treat guests with respect and are always ready to help with a smile.
I have been to Antalya several times and stayed in different hotels, and this one definitely stands out as one of my favourite experiences.
I had a fantastic holiday here and would happily recommend this hotel to others. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Antalya.
Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
"Our vacation has just ended, and I felt compelled to leave a review for Megasaray Westbeach Antalya because it truly exceeded all of our expectations. Every single aspect of our stay was exceptional!
The food was incredible, high-quality, and varied throughout the day. The cleanliness of the rooms and all hotel areas was top-notch, and the snacks, treats, and premium alcoholic beverage concept were all outstanding.
I wanted to write down the names of all the staff members to thank them individually, but the list would simply be too long—everyone from reception to the restaurant, bars, and housekeeping was genuinely amazing, attentive, and friendly.
Having stayed at many 5-star Ultra All-Inclusive hotels before, Megasaray is clearly a cut above the rest. I whole-heartedly recommend this hotel to everyone!"
I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel from the moment I walked through the door.
The first impression was excellent. From the security and bellmen to the reception team and hostesses, everyone was welcoming, professional, and friendly. The reception staff were especially helpful, and the check-in process was extremely smooth and fast. They explained everything clearly and gave me all the information I needed about the hotel and its facilities.
The hotel itself has an amazing atmosphere and beautiful vibes. I really loved the design, the colours, and how everything works together so well. You can feel that attention has been given to the overall look and atmosphere of the property.
The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job, and cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent.
The food was also very good, with plenty of options throughout the day. There are restaurants, bars, snacks, desserts, and drinks available in different areas, so you always have something to enjoy.
What impressed me the most was the staff. Everywhere I went, I found people who were respectful, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist. Communication was never a problem as the staff spoke very good English, and I always felt welcomed and well looked after.
I have visited Antalya before, so this was not my first experience here, but I can confidently say that this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Antalya.
I had an amazing holiday and really enjoyed every part of my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antalya, and if I return to Antalya, I would absolutely choose to stay here again.
Thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a great experience.
We’ve just returned from an all-inclusive stay at the Megasaray Hotel in Antalya, and I genuinely can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. Located just 30 minutes from the airport, it’s in the perfect location. We arrived around 11:30pm but still had a really smooth check-in and were even treated to a complimentary sea-view room upgrade. Waking up the next morning to bright sunshine and stunning panoramic sea views was the best way to start our holiday. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, spotless, and just the right size. Unlike some huge resorts, it never felt overcrowded or overwhelming, which made it feel much more relaxing. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. The food was one of the highlights of our stay. There was an incredible variety every day, with something to suit every taste, from traditional Turkish dishes to continental favourites. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were consistently delicious. The themed nights were fantastic, especially the Italian and Japanese evenings, the fresh sushi was some of the best we've had. We also booked the à la carte fish restaurant, and every course was amazing. We were practically full after the appetisers alone! Although the kids' club is on the smaller side, it offers plenty to keep little ones entertained. Our two-year-old absolutely loved the daily mini disco, but the highlight for him was definitely the dancing monkey show—he smiled and laughed the whole way through. Every evening there was something different, from karaoke and live music to dance performances and an excellent Michael Jackson tribute show, so there was always something to look forward to. We were lucky enough to visit during the Summer Soul Fest, and it really made our holiday extra special. It was so well organised, and you could tell the hotel had put a huge amount of effort into it. There was fantastic food and drinks, live entertainment, caricature artists, pottery painting, and activities for all ages. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was incredible. The private beach is just a short walk away. It's a pebble beach rather than golden sand, but don't let that put you off. Even in temperatures of over 40°C, there was a lovely refreshing sea breeze, making it the perfect place to relax. We also loved getting involved in the daily activities—especially the aqua aerobics, which were so much fun! Our room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean, and the minibar was restocked every day, which was a lovely added touch. The spa was another standout experience. I treated myself to a traditional hammam followed by a full-body massage, and it was pure bliss. Afterwards, I relaxed in the tranquil relaxation room with a delicious cup of pomegranate tea. What I really appreciated was that, unlike some resorts, the spa staff never made you feel pressured to book extra treatments—you were simply left to unwind and enjoy the experience. Overall, this hotel ticks every box. Fantastic service, delicious food, brilliant entertainment, great facilities, and a genuinely relaxing atmosphere. Whether you're travelling as a couple or with children, there's something for everyone. We made some wonderful family memories here and are already talking about coming back. Thank you to everyone at Megasaray for such an unforgettable holiday!
A special thank you to Kadir, Sadaf and Jaan, who truly made our stay even more memorable. Your kindness, attentiveness and genuine hospitality didn't go unnoticed, and you are a real credit to the Megasaray team. We hope to see you all again soon!
We had a great family vacation here from July 10 to July 21. Overall, the facilities, food, and drinks are pretty good, and it offers solid value for money compared to other resorts in the area. However, I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars because the service level doesn't really feel like a true 5-star hotel.
Since we went during high season, there was a lot of self-service involved. The lines weren't super long—usually just a 2 to 4-minute wait—but you had to wait for almost everything. For example, getting coffee at breakfast was a bit of a hassle. Out of 4 machines, 2 or 3 were usually out of service or missing milk o mugs. I had to walk all over a crowded restaurant just to put together a cup of coffee. At dinner, the outdoor BBQ grill was super popular, but sometimes the meat would run out right as it was your turn.
Also, while they technically have table service at the lobby bar, the waiters are so busy that it's much faster to just line up and grab the drinks yourself.
On a much brighter note, the animation team did an amazing job! They kept a great energy going, and there were fantastic live acts and performances almost every single night, which we really enjoyed.
I also want to mention that the hotel offered us a complimentary dinner at their Italian à la carte restaurant one night, and both the food and the service there were excellent.
Lastly, there’s a quality control issue management needs to watch out for. I ordered a single malt whisky (Glenlivet) at one of the bars, but they served me a blended whisky instead. When I pointed it out, the bartender just went to the storage room and opened a fresh bottle that tasted right.
To sum it up, it’s a lovely hotel with good facilities. Just keep your expectations realistic about the service level in the summer—you'll be doing some self-service and waiting a few minutes here and there.
