Great hotel with excellent staff that were always friendly and helpful,the standard of the cleanliness was very high,the breakfast was superb with lots of choice for most tastes,I will be returning at the end of the year for a family holiday

Great staff and facilities
Absolutely loved this hotel. So convenient to the port. Couldn’t fault anything. Reception staff were fantastic - helpful, friendly, professional and very service oriented. Offered us complimentary tea and biscuits while waiting for our taxi to the ship. Restaurant was very good. Highly recommended.
Super nice hotel with great location
The hotel is amazing, we really loved it. It's close to the beach, restaurants, bars etc. The staff is lovely, definitely planing to come again! It was perfect holiday✨️
Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Hygiene and Disorganisation
We had a very disappointing experience at the Port Lympne Boutique Hotel and unfortunately would not return.
On arrival we were immediately told that the room we had booked was no longer available as it was “fully booked”. Instead of the two double beds we had reserved, we were initially told we would have two single beds. After over an hour of waiting and going back and forth with reception, we were eventually given the correct room, which was a frustrating start to the stay.
There were also a number of unexpected charges, including being charged for bottled water, which felt unnecessary given the price of the stay.
Travelling with a baby made things even more difficult. The only way to sterilise baby bottles was to use a microwave located in the restaurant kitchen. When we went there after the restaurant had closed, we were shocked by the condition of the kitchen — there were piles of dirty plates stacked up and the microwave itself was extremely dirty. It was so unhygienic that we decided not to use it and instead had to sterilise bottles in a bucket using sterilising tablets.
We also ate in the restaurant during our stay and were served salmon that was raw in the middle, which was very concerning from a food safety perspective.
Housekeeping was also very poor. Our room was not cleaned properly during the stay and towels and bedsheets were not changed daily.
To make matters worse, on the final night we were moved to another room, where the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage. The smell was extremely unpleasant and made the last night of our stay very uncomfortable.
Overall this experience was extremely disappointing and far below what we expected. Between the disorganisation, poor hygiene standards, and lack of proper housekeeping, it was not the quality we anticipated.
Small friendly hotel ideal short stays
Arrived late at night on april 27th was greeted by friendly reception staff n checked in no problem Breakfast was ok could do with more pastries maybe waffle n crossiants,different flavor yogurts n fresh fruit..ate tea 1 evening in restarant ordered pasta it was tasty They dont like people drinking their own alcohol or own food which i found strange if book bed n breakfast anywhere else always been ok,it should be an option drinks in hotel are expensive,rooms are lovely a bit small in bathroon but doable..hotel is spotless staff are friendly..i would go back for another short stay..plenty shops n restarants in walking distant n beach 10mins walk from hotel
