The city center can be reached in approximately 10 minutes via public transport and Antalya Airport is 30 km away. The air-conditioned hotel, located directly on the beach, offers guests a choice of different facilities and room types, including luxury rooms, with magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. The health and wellbeing of our guests is our top priority. Property is appropriate for hygiene regulations. Guests will lack nothing in this establishment. SO NOT STAY HERE
Went to turkey for teeth the clinic recommended this hotel. (Antalya smile design) to cut a long story short I ordered a drink and it was £31 but was not told the price I gave the drink back and asked for a refund they then said the card I used didn’t match and therefore couldn’t offer me a refund. As a disabled person to be scammed by the bar at this hotel is very demoralising. I was trying to speak to them because I needed the money and they just stood there spoke in Turkish and were laughing. Apparently there are no managers on site even though I kept asking.
Goksel and Tuna are the stars of the hotel.
We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for 6 nights and we were greeted by Goksel and Tuna who were very helpful and accommodating, they arranged an upgrade to better suit a family member and their wheelchair. Also when an issue arised on the final day, Tuna resolved this issue after multiple staff getting involved, not assisting and being very rude. Goskel then ensured he checked we were okay after this issue. Hotel would rate a 3 but Goskel and Tuna, I would rate a 5!
Worse Hotel
Do not go to this hotel!! Save your money!! I would be honest it was my worst experience with this hotel. I did not like the way they served food. We did all inclusive but they had no variety of food. There was no sweet dish such as baqlawa. This was ridiculous we paid so much for this hotel. For dinner they came and took order and they only had limited dishes which was so bad.

First I would like to thank the reception staff and the two manages. Rim, Korkmaz, For their forward thinking due to them having a wedding on they. Booked us an additional room just incase in got to noisy, this hotel is the best hotel we have stayed in in turkey with the cleanliness pool, they also allowed our daughter to use the piano as she had a grading when we returned, the rooms a large and very clean, I want to give a special thanks to Eda, we really enjoyed our stay and say thank you to the Crown Plaza team for a great stay, we will be back soon
