Great hotel friendly staff
Just left eftalia came on my own for 5 days and honestly had a scream the staff are all fantastic the rooms are clean only down side is the food it’s all Russian it’s not really edible if your English but other than that can’t fault the place really enjoyed it
Overall a good hotel value for money friendly staff clean and tidy
Very good location lots of shops near by We went very early season so was quite so didn’t get full experience Rooms clean and tidy no issues a little dated but for the price not complaining Great value for price we paid Great water slides and pools clean and fun Food was good abit of everything always something to eat even for fussy eaters Staff very friendly and jokey Overall for the price of the hotel I think this was a good hotel I would stay again
If your English do not book
Just got back from a week here and I wouldn’t return if you are English then this hotel is not for you they do not cater for the English, only time we ate was when the snack bar open 4 nights we ate out I see they played some World Cup games but when it game to the England they wouldn’t put it Pool is great always got a bed kids loved the slides and rooms were clean
Dump
If I could leave zero that would still be a high score. Do not book a holiday here the place is a complete dump not fit for a dog the staff are useless seen the cleaners once in a week. When we checked in the room hadn’t been cleaned room full of mould food ain’t fit for the bin and the shop onsite are thieves

Everything was fine , animators were pretty well especially Ibrahim ,(Ibo) very good guy and best animator , helps me with everything , i m very satisfied about him and another people
