Surrounded by beautiful gardens, this hotel is located only 150 m from a private beach and close to the town of Konakli. The hotel features 176 rooms, 24-hours reception, quick check-in and check-out, restaurants, bars, Spa and wellness, fitness centre, indoor and outdoor pool, two children's pools, children's playground, WIFI in the community areas and a car park. Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Good location. On the see side of main road. 3 min walk. Bar at beach. Nice people. Great food, kids love climate. Shop in hotel,
We had a wonderful stay at Telatiye Resort Hotel. It is a great hotel for families, with plenty of activities for both children and adults. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxing, and perfect for a family vacation.
The food was good overall, with a decent variety to choose from. However, for a 5-star hotel, I expected a bit more in terms of quality and variety. It wasn’t bad at all, but there is definitely room for improvement.
The absolute highlight of our holiday was the Animation Team. I would especially like to thank Maria, who is truly amazing at her job. She is always smiling, energetic, kind, and makes everyone feel welcome. She puts her heart into everything she does and creates a fun and enjoyable atmosphere every single day. Whether it was games, activities, or simply talking with guests, Maria always gave 100%. She is one of the main reasons our holiday became so memorable, and she truly deserves all the recognition for her outstanding work.
A big thank you also goes to Samet from the Animation Team. He is friendly, professional, and full of positive energy. Together with Maria, he made every activity enjoyable and helped create a fantastic atmosphere throughout our stay.
I would also like to mention Maryam and Fatma, who worked in the restaurant clearing tables after meals. They were always hardworking, polite, and greeted guests with a smile. Their kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed, and they helped make every dining experience more pleasant.
Overall, we had a great holiday and would definitely recommend Telatiye Resort Hotel to families. While the food could be improved to better match a 5-star standard, the amazing staff—especially Maria and the Animation Team—made our stay unforgettable. Maria is an incredible employee who truly deserves the very best. Thank you for making our holiday so special!

Honest long review!!!
UK Family with young children Just returned from a 10 day all inclusive stay at Telatiye resort, and honestly what a great Hotel and Resort area.
Bedroom we had was brilliant. It is cleaned when you set the display for them to do it, and when we did it was done to a excellent standard all times. I have seen comments about the beds. Yes we agree, and did find matress a bit hard but as the hotel suggested we mentioned to reception team and a nice topper was put on for us, resolved the same day. Room was in perfect condition considering how much it would be used over the season and had everything we could ever need. If you need anything more just ask the cleaning team. They provided a few extra bits here and there when required with no issue.
General reception team were very helpful the couple of times we had to ask for anything (had no real issues so didn't need to bother them, which is a good thing). I would like to mention in particular "TOLUNAY". I think he was one of the managers (sorry if I'm wrong). He was fantastic before, and during our stay. My daughter has learning disabilities and we needed some guidance and help before we arrived regarding a few things. He was brilliant, always helpful, knowledgeable, and offering solutions to any concerns and delivered on anything promised. So a personal thank you for helping make our holiday so memorable, and the exceptional service provided!!
Ive seen some reviews saying WiFi is not free or not good. There is very good FREE WIFI in the lobby areas. Plenty of people used it daily. In addition to this we chose to pay to have for whole of hotel. Usually we wouldn't in principal but the cost was so low and negligible that it was completely worth it for when the kids had a hour or so tablet time in the room and it didn't let us down. Just ask at reception they will help, it really is cheap and reasonable. We have stayed at many all inclusive hotels in different countries and this has been standard practise set up in these as well!!
Inclusive drinks package. We have stayed at 6 different 3-5 star all inclusive hotels in the last 10 years, and apart from one where absolutely all drink brands were included, the rest had 1 maybe 2 beers, few selected cocktails and the other usual spirits which were ALL of the local produced or sourced brands. The drinks we had were more than strong enough and if you wanted a bit stronger then we just asked the bar person and they did for us no problem at all. One suggestion we found great fun at other all inclusives was a 'cocktail of the day', idea. Always went down well as a bit of treat! In addition to this, all the soft drinks such as coke, sprite etc were NOT wattered down or changed for the all inclusive market as many hotels definitely do which was a huge bonus. There were always plenty of other juice drinks available such as apple, orange, etc, and iced coffee on tap, which we have never found before in a all inclusive. Excellent selection all round! Something we found great for the kids at other hotels we have been to is a ice cream option at one of the bars or something, maybe a little machine?? It may not be feasible for your business but is always a hit with families as a little treat on holiday.
The food on offer was very good. My son is a picky eater but even he had no problem finding something. It was very varied and usually different each day offering most meats, grill options, salads, breads, pastas etc etc. Honestly something for everyone no matter what, and again if you wanted something just ask and they help where they can. I should also mention that ice cream was available with dinner time at least 3 or 4 nights of our stay (sorry if I'm wrong and it was more we didn't notice), and so many delicious dessert offerings we couldn't choose which to have, and was great to taste new things!!
I've seen a few negative comments about cleanliness. Again what hotel were these people at?? I guess everyone has there own opinions but for us everything was imacculate pretty much at all times and we used all areas and most days. There was one issue we spotted during our stay. On our floor, there was lots of mud looking mess that had been dragged along the floor for quite some way. On way to dinner my wife reported to the reception team. Within minutes it was dealt with and cleaned.
The local resort area has many of the usual amenities you would expect. Shops, some bars, couple of eating places, play parks etc. If like us you like to have 2 or 3 days out and about then few suggestions, we went into Alanya centre, Cave, and harbour area, a bit of a shopping day and on another day did a safari. Both were fantastic but just the tip of the ice berg for what is on offer in the area, again just ask reception who can help. This is all we did as we spend most of our all inclusove holiday at pool and beach! The hotel had its own private beach, and that was also where the snack bar was (burgers, fries, beer etc)
The beach was really nice. Again I dont understand the comments about stones. It's a fine sandy/ small stoned beach. How is that the hotels fault. It's nature!! Our kids used it and loved it several times and went in the sea no issues. Its very safe and lifeguarded. They both had some very cheap swim shoes to help as well. The beach is a great bonus and a rare treat being completely private, and very tidy/ clean.
Entertainment team were fantastic always trying to get people involved but not pushy if your clearly not that sort of person! The bits we did do were really good so you won't be dissappointed if you do join in. I should point out some of the bits were extras like Bingo etc, but again this is pretty standard across other hotels we have been to. The actual activities on site like water polo, water gym, darts etc, and evening shows (Colombian dancers were amazing) are all free. You just say yes and they help. We would like to give a personal shout out to "AYNA". You were amazing thank you so much. There were not many English there and certainly not families but you asked nearly every day are we OK, anything we wanted had a little chat and catch up. It really helped make us feel welcome and you have a big heart and your passion for what you do shines though. Thanks again Ayna.
I had seen comments about rude staff, "Especially if English", and sun beds being blocked up with no availability etc. Again over the 10 days we didn't experience this once. I am straight forward person and if anyone had been rude to me I would say. All polite, friendly and welcoming. I also would like to note on more than one occasion when certain rude tourists from other un-named countries just push in bar queue, the staff would still make sure you were next if before them. It was so refreshing to see this.
And we used the pool at least 70% of our stay. Kids loved the slides and kids pool, while myself and wife loved the larger pool. Excellent facilities, and we went out at various points to get beds over the days and not once did we have a issue getting beds. Should also note if you have had a very hot day, take a dip in the indoor pool as much much cooler and refreshing, though only open certaint times if the day.
There was one part which we felt could be improved for the future (please take constructively we are not trying to be picky or negative). Again in most other inclusive hotels we have been to no matter where, facilities like Arcades with gaming machines etc have usually been charged extra, this is no problem and we accept that, even the pool table which some do and dont charge for.
But perhaps the ping pong table could be free maybe with a deposit payable to cover any loss or damage with a time limit, and maybe if space allows another ping pong table and perhaps a play court with couple of little football goals or basket ball hoops etc?? I appreciate this is cost and maybe space won't allow, was just a suggestion. We did find a few of these things around the area which we assumed we could use. (Parks surrounding hotel resort) Perhaps a little information for families when they arrive of where they are in the area if you cant provide yourselves. (perhaps a map of surrounding public area)
I know was a long review but wanted to be thorough and perhaps try and correct a few wrongs we felt had been unfairly mentioned in previous reviews, in our opinion!
Finally, Ive seen comments such as "if your English dont come here". WHY?? There are plenty of resorts you can go to if want a all English tourist holiday area with 1 euro beer bars and fish and chips, and I'm saying this as a proud Englishman. But if you just want a great holiday in a really good hotel with helpful friendly staff then dont hesitate to come here. If you need help just ask them, they really do just want to help, or at least that has been our experience. If the staff can help then they will!
Thank you Telatiye Resort and Turkey, you have really Surpassed all expectations and we will definitely be returning to the same hotel in the near future (we are already looking for next year 😀)
Just excellent all round. The staff here is what make it a great experience. Excellent food too. Highly recommended.
The spa was very great, I felt clean and refreshed after the spa and the staff is very nice and friendly. I would definitely come here again!
