This beach hotel is constantly updating itself and was last refurbished in 2010. Occupying 55,000sqm of land, which stretches down to the beach and the hotel pier, it consists of 2 separate hotel blocks with 422 rooms and 189 rooms in the villa blocks which are located in the grounds. Over-looking the Mediterranean, the hotel is located 13km west of the resort of Alanya in Konakli. Local amenities are available within a 10 minute walk and public transport runs in front of the hotel.

One of the animators was quite persistent, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. The highlight of our stay was the two bartenders who spoke Lithuanian. They were very friendly and provided excellent service.

The vacation was great! We went with a company of 4 people. We booked rooms in the villa. We got great rooms with a sea view. The food was delicious and varied, the cocktails were very tasty. Excellent quality-price ratio!!!! The pools are clean, there are events. I recommend!!!

Worst hotel in Turkey Never again
I was disappointed with my experience at this hotel. It felt like the hotel caters almost exclusively to Russian-speaking guests. Around 95% of the guests were Russian-speaking, and throughout the resort, Russian seemed to be the primary language.
Even at the à la carte restaurants, the menus and printed information were provided only in Russian. Very few staff members spoke English well, which made communication difficult. While some of the staff were Turkish, many were from other countries, and English communication was still very limited.
I understand that hotels welcome guests from many nationalities, but I expect an international resort to provide basic information and services in English as well. Unfortunately, I often felt excluded because everything seemed to be designed for Russian-speaking guests.
Overall, this was not the international holiday experience I was expecting, and I would not choose this hotel again
