Enver was very kind, friendly, and speaks very good english. He took very good care of us, and the service was amazing. He is a very good man!

Location - good. No highroad next to hotel. No road noise. Atmosphere - good not excelent becouse lots of russians and some them ... act like russians. Vodka in morning and drunk people alreadi midday Rooms - very good. I didn't get sea view but still happy. Big bathroom/wc. Cleanliness - excelent, everyday roomservuse, tip 2 dollar a day Servise - free drinks 24/7 and alweys nice service. Food was excelent and lot choises. Value - I don't know, wife knows 2000€ from Estonia to hotel 7days hotel and fly back. Looks very good.

We arrived at around 23.30pm as two couples and the check in was easy and quick, we got taken to our room which was small, compacted and didn’t have a view, simply just a wall. Our friends room was damp, dirty, cobwebs, dirty bedding and leaking fire sprinkler; they got a free upgrade and we paid €60 to upgrade to a sea view which was well worth the money. They only gave us 1 key initially and didn’t want to give us another which wasn’t ideal as we went out separately sometimes (girls and boy) so one of us were locked out. The spoken English was terrible and the hotel was not catered for the British at all. It was difficult to order a drink most of the time as people did not know what we were asking for. The food was absolutely terrible in the restaurant. We ate there once and never again

The snack bar and beach bar were even worse, dry, cold and cheap food. Nothing is worth a 5*. The Mexican à la carte was worth it and delicious with lovely views but the Italian à la carte, there was nothing Italian about it and it was not nice, we ended up eating out every day. Thank god it was close to Alanya in a taxi and there was some lovely local restaurants. Although the beach club and restaurant next door offer 10% off but we didn’t get informed of this. we couldn’t hardly get a sun bed around the pool, the beds were taking from 6am and nobody removed any towels of people who were not at their beds all day. The relax pool had a bar which opened 12-4 but served beer and soft drinks, again with awful food. We did not find the staff friendly or approachable , and felt being English and being a minority, people were very standoffish. The other guests were also rude, often staring and nobody had any manners. When we checked out at 6.45am, the guy on reception was in his phone, he took our room cards from us, didn’t acknowledge us, didn’t say thank you for staying or anything. Simply took the keys and carried on playing on his phone. Drinks were okay but the cocktail bar was the only good part about this place. Absolutely would not recommend or stay here again.
