Worst holiday of our lives !!
Worst holiday of our lives !!! Please if you are English DO NOT GO We are not a fussy family and believe you get what you pay for BUT no one should have to endure been tormented day & night by other guests but to make it worse a lot if the staff were very rude. Anna a blonde receptionist laughed in our faces and said printer was "CAPUT" even when my husband offered to fix it for free she said it was "caput" then an hour later it was printing out transfer details but for us still caput ! The love holiday rep (not Mali) shorter and dark hair was also rude dismissive and even turned it round that he was the hard done to one making us apologise even tho he did not apologise. All in all worst holiday of my life with Ants in our beds and crawling in shower, sink,walls, doors and dressing table. Other English families said they experienced mainly Russian guests harassing and even threatening them and their children. Although there were only a handful of English there when we was we all got the same treatment from guests and staff. Complaints fell on deaf ears and in the end we just looked forward to going home and tried to spend as little time there as possible. The staff at the beach bar and our cleaner were all lovely so we only left tips for them.

Great family holiday
First time we booked through a loveholidays, all went well. We booked our holiday through loveholidays and had a great overall experience! The hotel itself was really nice—not too big, which made it feel cozy and comfortable. The food was tasty with a good variety. We stayed in a family room with two bedrooms, and it was very spacious and homey. The hotel is around 19 years old, so naturally, it shows a bit of wear and tear and could use some minor cosmetic updates. However, it’s clearly well-maintained, and the team works hard to keep everything clean and tidy. The pool was fantastic and super clean. Our kids absolutely loved the water slides! Even though they aren't huge, they were a blast—even for us adults! Another huge plus is the direct access to the local bazaar/shopping area right outside. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, but the hotel provides a convenient golf buggy shuttle service to take you there and back. A huge bonus is that food is available at the beach bar even after the main restaurant has closed! Overall, a wonderful family stay.

Mario is a such a friendly,attentive and funny person,and top of that he is a good darts player. We had an absolutely fantastic week here. Thanks for everything .
Cheap and cheerful
We had seen many negative comments after booking this hotel which left me very worried but was too late to change. When we arrived it was late so we headed straight up to sleep, the rooms are very basic and dated but ok. We woke early got round the pool and it was very easy to get sunbeds, we had breakfast which is very much Turkish based. All ok. The entertainers came and we got to know them they were all great, they make everyone very welcome and are always doing something to get people mixing, like water aerobics, darts, water polo, evening shows are great! Mini disco every night!! The bar is limited but again ok, bar staff are very friendly too. Many shops and restaurants close by. Short bus ride into the town. I think this hotel is a good option for a cheap family holiday. All families want to get away and here you can be happy if you don’t expect to pay lemonade money and receive a champagne lifestyle. Yes the hotel could do with a few tweaks but that’s why you pay what you do here. They are always cleaning downstairs, rooms not so much but again is that the end of the world, probably not! Overall I’d say a good atmosphere and happy vibes!

Disappointed and feeling like I am being robbed
⭐️ 1/5 – BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE BOOKING THIS HOTEL
I strongly recommend reading the reviews carefully before booking Miarosa Konakli Garden.
- The staff are rude. The customer service is very poor and many members of staff are not able to communicate properly in English.
- The hotel manager does not speak English, which makes communication extremely difficult. If you try to speak with him and explain a problem or complaint, he becomes very angry instead of trying to help resolve the situation.
- The rooms are dirty and smell of urine. This was one of the worst parts of our stay.
- There is no proper food for children. If you are travelling with children, please take this into consideration before booking.
- The beach is terrible. The hotel’s private beach was a huge disappointment. The snack bar at the pool is basically non-existent. You have to go to the beach to get a burger and chips, and that is pretty much all that is available.
- The drinks are very poor quality. Definitely not what we expected from an all-inclusive hotel.
- During one night of our stay, we experienced a serious problem when the electricity was switched off for approximately one hour. Nobody explained what was happening or gave us any information. The staff did not seem to know what to tell the guests, leaving everyone confused and without any explanation.
- BE CAREFUL WITH THE HOTEL NAME. Please check the hotel’s history carefully. The hotel has changed its name/management, and this can make it difficult to find older reviews. Make sure you know exactly what you are booking and check reviews from previous names as well.
- CHECK THE HOTEL ADDRESS CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING. The hotel address is:

I strongly recommend searching this exact address on Google and Google Maps before making your reservation. Check the exact location of the hotel and make sure you know exactly where you are booking.
- There are ants in the rooms. We had ants crawling on us while we were sleeping.
- If you don’t believe me, come here yourself and you will understand exactly what I mean.
This was a very disappointing experience for our family. I would not recommend this hotel and I would definitely not stay here again.
