This hotel is located in the tourist centre of Konakli. Avsallar is around 5 km away, while it is approximately 15 km to Alanya. Antalya airport is 100 km away. Taxis and buses provide access to an array of nearby sights. Built in 2006, this air-conditioned beach hotel comprises a total of 7 floors with 470 rooms. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a currency exchange desk. Do not book, this hotel is an absolute disaster and 2 star at best. Horrible rooms, horrible food and awful guests. If you are English, people are so rude to you and staff are useless. Just avoid at all costs! It is that bad!
Rude guest. Terrible food and entertainment
⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our honest review of MC Arancia We came to MC Arancia on the 23rd of August for 10 days, and this was our second time staying here. Overall, the hotel itself is good. The pools and slides are great, and the rooms are basic but clean. The daytime entertainment around the pool is also really good. Unfortunately, there are a few things that let the hotel down for us. 🍕 Food: The food was better than last year, but there still wasn't a great deal of English food. There were burgers, chips and pizza, but the majority of the food was foreign dishes. Considering this is advertised as an all-inclusive hotel, we also found the ice cream situation disappointing. Ice cream for the children was only available at 5pm and couldn't be had at any other time. 🎤 Evening entertainment: This was a big disappointment for us. The daytime entertainment was good, but the evening entertainment was very poor. Even the bingo prizes were disappointing. 👥 Guests: Unfortunately, we also found some of the guests ( Russians and turkish) to be very rude and lacking manners, with people pushing and barging their way into queues, which really did put a downer on the holiday at times. All in all, the hotel has some good points, especially the pools, slides, cleanliness and daytime entertainment. However, for us, the food and evening entertainment really need improving. It's advertised as a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-star hotel, but in our opinion, it's definitely not a 5-star — we'd rate it more like a 3-star. We won't be returning, mainly because of the issues with the food, evening entertainment and our overall experience with some of the guests. It was lovely to have another 10 days away, but unfortunately MC Arancia won't be on our list for a third visit. 🌴✈️
Avoid if you have manners
Apart from the rep Mia the hotel is a joke . There is no Mediterranean restaurant as per their website/booking pages. The male staff are sleazy towards the girls. The hotel is quite dated and run down/ dirty. We had requested a room with double bed and a room with two single beds. We got two rooms with single beds and it took 2 days to get it changed, once change the double bed had one single top sheet on it. It was our anniversary present/trip and it’s been joke since arriving and not got much better ( lunch just now and the woman in front of me was given pizza but because I was a male I was refused as the rest was for the staff ) . Still got 11 days to go so let’s see if they can rectify any of this.
