This hotel is located in the tourist centre of Konakli. Avsallar is around 5 km away, while it is approximately 15 km to Alanya. Antalya airport is 100 km away. Taxis and buses provide access to an array of nearby sights. Built in 2006, this air-conditioned beach hotel comprises a total of 7 floors with 470 rooms. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a currency exchange desk. In addition, conference facilities as well as a variety of drink and dining options are also available. Further facilities include room, laundry and ironing services. The air-conditioned rooms are all fully-equipped as standard including a satellite/ cable TV, a minibar and a balcony. Leisure options include an outdoor pool, a water park, a gym and spa treatments.

Shocking hotel
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it is 100% not a 5* hotel. Rooms are horrible, mould in bathroom beds that seemed to be made out of stone, food was very disappointing, restaurant was chaotic and full of very greedy people piling their plates up leaving nothing for anyone else, we were there for a week our room was cleaned once and that is all, no free ice creams for kids apart from at 5.30pm but we wasn’t told where to get them, staff were absolutely shocking. I could go on and on, was more like a 3* hotel, pools were full of sand. The only positive thing I can say is about one of the entertainment staff who is Mia, she was the only member of staff that spoke to us, she came to speak to us every day and really made an effort, such a lovely girl.

well, where to begin. stayed here for 10 nights from 20th july 2026. only book here if russian. absolute dive of a hotel (except the pool, excellent pool area) food only seems to cater for russian guests, there is a cue system for food, unless your russian, then just walk to the front and take everything ! big fight broke out in one of the bars involving tbe russians. if a hospital is needed make sure you tell the hotel nurse you need state public hospital, otherwise she will send you in private ambulance to private hospital. you will have to pay yourself before leaving (roughly 1500 euros for 3 hrs) while they sort your travel insurance out. one of our kids got cut while using indoor pool, another got cut while in the splash park by the beach bar, good luck find a lifeguard near any pool. brussel sprouts served breakfast, lunch and dinner ! looks like the rooms were last decorated in the 70's, cockroaches in one of our rooms. ultra all inclusive means 2 small bottles of water put in your room each day. entertainment... well, in the morning they clap to one song poolside then disappear, in the afternoon a game of darts in one of the bars then they disappear, everyother night an hour show in the atrium. defo avoid this hotel !
Definitely NOT a 5-star hotel – Extremely disappointing experience
We stayed at this hotel as a group of 10 people, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel is advertised as a 5-star resort, but based on our experience, it is nowhere near a 5-star standard – honestly, we would rate it 1–2 stars at best.
Here are some of the issues we experienced during our stay:
- There was no information that Pepsi Max was unavailable. When we ordered Pepsi Max, we were simply served regular Pepsi instead.
- The promised free ice cream between 3:00 and 5:00 PM was not available.
- Our rooms were not cleaned and we did not receive fresh towels for an entire week.
- It was not possible to get fresh pool towels.
- One of our rooms was missing a bed when we arrived.
- Another room had bed bugs
- Dinner was complete chaos. The restaurant was only open for two hours, and when certain food items ran out, the buffet was simply closed down. No more food was brought out, even though there was still an hour left of dinner service.
- We did not see a single member of staff smile during our stay. The overall atmosphere was very unwelcoming.
- One member of staff personally told us that the hotel was cutting costs. This apparently explains, among other things, the lack of ice cream, fresh pool towels and the absence of diet soft drinks.
- We never managed to get four bath towels for our room. We always had to go out and find them ourselves.
The hotel claims to be a 5-star resort, but this was absolutely not our experience. The service, cleanliness, food and general standard were far below what we would expect from a 5-star hotel.
We cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
Turkey itself is a wonderful country, and our family has been travelling to Turkey for around 30 years. We will definitely return to Turkey – but we will never return to this hotel.

We had an unforgettable holiday at MC Arancia Resort. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the pools are fantastic, and the beach is just perfect. The food was delicious with a huge variety every day, and the entertainment team made every evening fun and enjoyable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the bar. The atmosphere was always lively, the drinks were perfectly prepared, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you goes to Enes, the bartender. He is incredibly friendly, professional, and always serves every guest with a smile. His positive energy, kindness, and amazing cocktails made our holiday even more memorable. He truly deserves recognition for his excellent work and hospitality. Zumba with mia is perfectooo we like it thank you mia. All the staff were welcoming, helpful, and always ready to make our stay comfortable. We felt like valued guests throughout our vacation. We highly recommend MC Arancia Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Turkey. We can't wait to come back again. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Enes, for making our stay so special!

We had an amazing stay at MC Arancia Resort! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything. The food offers a great variety and everything is well organized.
The bar was one of the best parts of our stay. The bartenders were incredibly kind, professional, and always served drinks with a smile. There was a wide selection of cocktails, soft drinks, and other beverages, all prepared quickly and with great quality. Even when the bar was busy, the service was fast and efficient. The bartenders created a fun and relaxing atmosphere that made every visit enjoyable.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend MC Arancia Resort to anyone looking for a great holiday. We can’t wait to come back!
