Amazing
Loved it, workers are so lovely and friendly, so welcoming, it’s the same food every day which kind of sucks and the food is tasteless, like the pasta tastes like water but the pizza is amazing and the snack bar is so yummy, hotel is huge and there is so much to do, I had bug bites and reception is the best and took me straight to see the nurse right away, staff are super caring and respectful but cleaners don’t do much to our room and sometimes didn’t even come in to clean when we were out. Our room was perfect too and the view was amazing, was a really good holiday, cannot complain. They also have so many activities to do during the day and have a white party. Mia is amazing !!!!‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
My experience
My experience at MC arancia has been amazing. This is my second time at this hotel 2 years in a row and I’ve loved it. It’s right beside the beach and only an under 10/15minute drive to Alanya centre. Such good pool and slide areas for kids. Tidy rooms and very beautiful view from the balcony. The 7th floor balcony’s are small that’s the only thing. Service is fast and staff at the bars and restaurants are so friendly. The entertainment team are the best and offer disco trips that are amazing. They make you feel very safe and comfortable while enjoying your time. They are always happy and laughing. Especially Mia from the entertainment team has welcomed our Scottish family and made us feel so welcomed. She is so lovely always offering support and answering any questions. They also done a white party we attended which had a live DJ and bar which was 9-11pm. Everyone was dancing and having fun. I recommend this hotel to big families and even young ones as we are 20years old. Such a beautiful hotel and amazing management and staff. 10/10 experience

The hotel is dirty and generally poorly maintained.
The customer service is extremely poor, and the staff seem completely uninterested in helping guests or addressing their concerns.
The pool water appears dirty and seems to be filled with sunscreen residue and debris.
The buffet was, to put it mildly, very unappetizing. We also found several black hairs in the food, which is completely unacceptable.
We had booked a family room but were initially given a standard room. The staff admitted that a mistake had been made, and we were not moved to a family room until the second day of our stay.
Unfortunately, the new room was even dirtier and greasier than the first one. The air conditioning had not been switched on before our arrival, making the room extremely hot and stuffy. The refrigerator was also not working.
The room telephone, refrigerator, hairdryer, and several other amenities had turned yellow from nicotine stains and appeared to be extremely old—probably older than we are.
Very good
We stayed at this hotel with family and a group of friends. We are very pleased. The hotel is clean, rooms are cleaned regularly, and the food is delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful—especially Mr. Enes from the Pool Bar. We would gladly return. A well-deserved 10/10.
Bad experience
Really bad experience! Hotel 5 star would be max 3 . I presume they got 5 stars 20 years ago. Everything is so old, staff no manners, on the phones when serving you. Food was so bad, tasteless, nothing to eat at all, every day same food, stew of turkey & chicken. 40 min breakfast to finish, no food left and they do not replace empty place Animation very bad. 1 star for many pools and for sun loungers, plenty of them during the day. Travel agents all liars trying to sell expensive things. Turkey is a cheap country we expected good prices, prices are the same as in Ireland. We heard people saying it is nice on Turkey, we are traveling all the world for 20 years and this was the worst experience!
