We would like to tell her that her hotel is simply exceptional: a magnificent setting, a truly paradise-like atmosphere, impeccable cleanliness, high-quality dining, and perfectly organized operations. Everything is designed down to the smallest detail to offer guests an unforgettable stay. We would also like to thank John (Can written on his badge) for his responsiveness and assistance with the issue we encountered at the beginning of our arrival. He handled the situation with seriousness and efficiency, allowing us to find a quick and smooth solution. But above all, we would like to extend a huge and very special thank you to Denys, who truly made our stay exceptional. He stood out for his outstanding service mindset, genuine kindness, and constant availability. From the very first contact, he inspires trust through his smile, his caring attitude, and his impeccable professionalism. He immediately took our situation in hand and resolved everything with remarkable efficiency, without ever losing his warmth or attention towards us. Beyond his efficiency, it is especially his personal dedication that is impressive: Denys does not simply do his job, he fully invests himself in every guest with rare energy and generosity. The rooms are anything but clean, lot of spiderwebs in the corners, shower drain was clogged, no toilet paper, the furniture looked old but the worst thing was an unbearable smell in the room. After several complaints we could change the room but it was practically the same without that smell. Food and drinks on the other hand were amazing, available practically all the time. Also pools were very nice and clean. The beach was a disappointment, once you finally get into the water through those stones, you can swim only a few meters and you'll either get to the buoy lines marking the safe area or the swimming dock. Staff was usually very kind. Especially the bartender at the pool Yilmaz, he was really friendly, professional and always provided an exceptional service, he even surprised our kids with a plate full of fruits cut into fun shapes.
